Ive been their customer for over a year. Stopped by for a cappuccino last Monday and the girl was clueless on how to do it. The quality of that cappuccino was really dunkin donuts. I had to throw it away and go to Starbucks. It was my favorite coffee shop but its a disaster now. Workers are slow and incompetent. Really, besides the boss the only people who actually could serve good coffee was Nathaly and Ramona but I havent seen them for a while already. Whenever I see any other worker I am afraid to order anything. Def wont be back there anymore. And do not recommend.

The coffee is good, but the Crepes and the Belgian waffles are incredible. The strawberry and banana topped Belgian waffle is second to none here. You can also find some less common bakery items in the cases. This our favorite place to go for breakfast. They also have ice cream and smoothies, which my kids love to have on a warm spring or summer evening. If youre lucky, you might get one of the seats out front and can watch all of West Hartford go by. Seating may be limited on a busy morning or evening, but its worth it to stop in and get something here.

The service is great, and the owner is all ways around. They have great coffee, and an amazing atmosphere. There are chairs and tables out front, which are great for people-watching. The pastries are very good. They also have free WiFi (a nice little bonus). They have a nice selection of pastries. This would make a really nice spot for a coffee date.

A European cafe in downtown West Hartford...I love how European men gather here to sit outside in the mornings or get together at night for a coffee...this place is about slowing down and enjoying time and company...a true neighborhood feel...everyone is friendly. I love the cappuccino and crepes and my kids love the ice cream!

Charming, delicious, friendly. We just discovered this place after passing it for years. Amazing, fresh crepes, along with fabulous baklava and true French macarons. Open even in the snowstorms, and pretty late into the evening. I dont drink coffee so I cant speak to that, but the chai is excellent. Nice owner, too!

Great service. I was walking my dog one morning and while I was trying to figure out a way to tie my dog to grab coffee inside, one of the staff members walked out and offered to bring me the coffee outside. That just showed me great customer service and that they care about their customers. Also, great coffee and pastries

Nice cozy place around the shopping plazas. Very small seating area, took a while to get our drinks, the latte didnt blow me away but it was good. The crepes looked amazing - I will come back just to order one. I walked here from blue back square. I assume it would be difficult to find parking.

Coffee is inexpensive, high quality, and organic/fair trade. They have more than a dozen flavors of syrup and dont charge you extra for them. The couple that own the shop are so friendly and kind. The crepes are tasty and they offer Nutella on them.

This is a great cafe!! Cafe Sofia has a wonderful staff and the best coffee around (The La Colombe brand)! They also have delicious ice cream from Shady Glenn, and authentic European crepes. I highly recommend that you try out Sofia! A +
