I have ordered from here numerous times. The service has never been good however yesterday did it for me. I ordered pick up and stood at register while the servers each waited on other people that came in after me and ignored me standing there. When I asked if someone could help me I was asked to wait. When I asked if I should stand here or get in the order line for pick up the server told me either way that I just needed to give them a minute. ??? I ordered 2 open face brie sandwiches. I have ordered them in the past. This time the slice of bread was thinner than before with barely and arugula and quite frankly not worth $10. I order for our company. Not going back.

Perfect, European style bakery, with mouth-watering breads, cakes, cookies, croissants, sandwiches, and scones, all beautifully displayed in cases where attentive staff will pack your choices for treats to go... or stay, and make yourself at home in the comfortable cafe. Coffees, teas, and other beverages available, as well some homemade pizzas and other offerings, which change day to day. Lovely view of the Branford Green. Love this local gem!

This local place uses high-quality ingredients, offers a solid selection, and consistently has efficient service. Their menu has plenty of healthy items and plenty of delectable pastries, too. I really enjoy their coffee and iced tea assortment. They offer several vegetarian-friendly options. The cute view of downtown Branford from the windows and the natural light make this an awesome place to read or do some work. Free WiFi.
