THIS ESPECIALLY APPLIES TO ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE HOSPITAL OF CENTRAL CONNECTICUT-NEW BRITAIN! We made a mass order for our unit on CHRISTMAS DAY, all the staff that was working ordered food! 9 orders were placed and only 7 orders were delivered! Upon discovering we were missing food we immediately called the UNHAPPY GARDEN They refused to deliver what we were missing or reimburse our employees that did not receive their orders! Not only did they speak to multiple employees about this, they refused to accept their mistake and were EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES!!!! OUR UNIT OR ANYONE ON IT WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE UNHAPPY GARDEN EVER AGAIN AND WE WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE IN THE HOSPITAL KNOW HOW UNFAIRLY AND RUDE WE WERE TREATED!!!!!! Despicable!

THe delivery was promised almost in a comically bad oriental movie subtitle of "twannie minutes" for those of you that didnt get that it was suppose to be 20 minutes for delivery. Two hours later we called and again were promised "twannie minute" 30 minutes went by and again "he be dare soon, quit calling!" great customer service and our food arrived 20 minutes after that conversation happened. The food you guessed it ice cold and the soda was missing some freebie with "twannie dollar orda" Needless to say we have now decided to drive out of our way to get great quality food from Wa WAH at a better price and ready in "twannie minute" as promise !!

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from Happy Garden in Berlin. Ordered our food for delivery, paid with a card (which they asked us for the card # FOUR times), took over an hour to deliver, then show up and say the card didnt work... So delivery driver called his coworker back and tried with THREE different cards. Come to find out its their credit card machine that wasnt working. So they took our food back from us and said "Oh well". After calling to talk to someone they straight up hung up on us. Never ever ever have dealt with that type of customer service. Never going there again.

If you live in the Greater Berlin Area, New Britain, Meriden, Plainville, Newington etc. and you have not yet tried Happy Garden, you are missing out of some of the BEST Asian cooking I have ever tasted. This place has FRESH SUSHI, Lean Pork, Beef and Chicken and some of the tastiest sauces around. They are definitely the BEST in BERLIN by far! Try them out. You will be back! They also offer FREE DELIVERY in the local area.

I hated it all.food taste like cat.hair in food.very rude.charged me an my wife twice for one meal.we showed her proof it charged too much she wouldnt refund the extra charge.the delivery took 2hrs an we were over charged.worst service ever.please save your money!!!
