West Avon Pizza is apparently having issues with their on-line ordering. The owner refused to place our order, because they said they didnt get paid for the last order. We have the charge on our credit card. They couldnt provide a receipt when they delivered the order. So, perhaps its in their bookkeeping? The order was also incorrect and the salad was missing items. The last straw was when the owner used the *N* word. I dont think I have to state the obvious, but I will. Using hate language like that is totally inappropriate and unprofessional (and dangerous.) The daughter was the only one who had the sense to apologize. Sadly, this business has now lost our business forever. This incident also begs the question, is this the kind of business owners we want in our town?

Called Avon pizza around 12:20 waited almost 2 hrs and no delivery. Called again and they said their driver was on the way. Waited until 3:00 no food so I called back. A serious case of finger pointing was going on. I talked with someone there that said he was making my food fresh and that he would refund my money. 20 minutes went by and I finally got my order. It was certainly not fresh, and was cold and the crust had hardened. What a horrible experience, a horrible place to eat, and horrible food. I will never order from them again. I threw their menu away, and told them everyone in my store will be warned to stay away from Avon pizza.

This place is awful, horrible, i had the worst experience, they are so rude and the food is disguisting. I found a piece of hair in my pizza and i called to let them know that i was very upset that it happened, you know what the manager told me hey it happens its not a big deal it could of been anyone. it could of been the driver the pizza maker HE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. if a manager can speak to a customer that way then i dont know what to expect from the employees.

Should have seen other reviews. They took our Order and promised a pizza in 30 mins. Waited for an hour and called them. They said they were out of chicken (seriously???) and it was on it way! after waiting for another 30 mins, I called again and they said it was on its way. At that point i was upset with the dishonesty more than the delay! told them to cancel the order!

doesnt even deserve a star but it wouldnt let me post my comment without one. ordered my food at 11:28am- was told it will be delivered in 30min. did not get food until 1:09pm! and then the order was wrong, food was cold, and gross. called manager- said no refunds and nothing she can do. never ordering from there ever again.

I dont know why, but only within the last two or three weeks, their pizza has gone from fantastic to horrible. Every time I go there I see new employees. Whats with the drastic change? I used to eat there at least once a week. Please go back to the way it was or I wont be returning.

The pizza here is great. I like mine a bit more saucy but I just ask and it is provided. Another extra is that they have Gyros however they could add a bit more meat to the Gyro itself. Otherwise I am happy with the value and the fast delivery.

My Monday lunch was more mediocre as any Monday can be after i bait some half cooked/refrigerated/warmed again hard chicken.. i wasnt expecting organic fresh juice chicken breast but next time i rather get the Taco Bell dollar menu..
