Horrible service! I called ahead of time, thinking I wouldnt have to wait. I arrive, pizza was ready Im thinking OK cool! I hand the man my credit card. He swipes and all of a sudden remembers the machine is broke. Its going to be about a ten minute wait for it to kick back with a confirmation stating it didnt go through. I explain to him that my boyfriend has to be at work in 30 minutes. His attidude showed he could careless, he even suggested to write down the credit card info and he will bill me. I looked at him as if he had 3 heads? As a professional running a business why would that be the only solution? After I declined his offer and decided to call my bank to see if I got charged because at this point between the way I was treated and the long wait I didnt even want the pizza!! He rushes out to my car knocks on window and states it went through. No apologies nothing! My bill came out to $41. 38 (approximately) Even if he offered me a small salad for the inconvenience he caused me and my boyfriend he did not! It gets much better I get home and its the wrong order!! Pissed at this point we called and was told to bring back the pizza and they will make the right order. I was overcharged as a few days later I grabbed a menu to look it over. No way two pies cost $41 dollars!! I just left it alone and decided to never ever eat there, tell my friends about my experience and write this review. 1 star is still being too nice. Sorry but not sorry! First time last time!! Plain old rude!!!

Our family has been ordering from this restaurant for years now, mostly on a weekly basis and yesterday was such an absolute disappointment! We received our food with one of the pizza slices with literally no cheese on it. It must have been really hot and completely slid off during the ride, which I guess can happen, but was still unacceptable. I also had ordered baked ziti. What a joke! It was penne, mixed with sauce and looked like the threw on mozzarella cheese and microwaved it. It was NOT baked and it didn't even have ricotta cheese in it. It was disgusting!!! For now, we will find another pizza restaurant to order from. Sorry guys, but this is not the first time weve had issues.

When I first moved to middle island 4 years ago, this place was incredible. Now I go elsewhere. Seems like theyre short staffed, I always wait, pizza has become soggy and greasy. Theres usually 1 person helping customers and 1 guy making pizza and getting orders ready, but when the phone rings the customers In the store get forgotten about everytime!! The owner is the ONLY one who treats you nicely when hes there and answers the phone... I do still go there because I like supporting small towns businesses, but no where near as much as I used too

The food is a little less than edible....you would think cheese is at the same price as gold, with how little this place puts on its pizza. The person I dealt with was a nasty punk who deserved to get his face slapped. He thinks hes a wanna-be from Bensonhurst. I heard he was the owner. It wouldnt surprise me. With all the pizza shops in the area, I dont know how this one stays in business. First time, last time.

Ive gotten pizza from this place a bajillion times and every time it. Is. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If youre visiting this area please try the pizza here! The people are super-nice and pizza is even nicer!They also sell other things like pasta and salads! They even have a dining room! You can even call in and get your pizza later! So what are you waiting for? MIP is the bestest!Try it now!

I have been coming here since the 80s, traveled the world, and now that Im back to Long Island, Ive found it is STILL the BEST food around! Currently, I am addicted to Larrys Eggplant Rollitini Pizza!! I highly recommend it if you love having eggplant in your life! Its difficult to decide which is better, Larrys brilliant cooking or his positive, welcoming smile and commentary!!! Both are sure to satisfy!!!

This place sucks. The delivery service is horrible. Never hot food. The pizza is horrible, and dont bother the nasty thing on the phone. Everytime we call, it is like we are bothering her. OMG. We wont order from them anymore. Dominos has a nice person on the phone, and no problems with food. From now on Dominos or Randazzos in Coram. Well worth the ride or if you get home delivery, they deliver HOT food.

I love there food and we order from them all the time and not once was my order been right when the guy answers the phone. He never knows were anything is on the computer they use and puts u on hold after item u order. And then he gets upset when u tell if its for delivery. Hate to say it but if he picks up the phone i just hang up now. They need to give him something else to do.

One of my favorite pizza spots. My family has been coming here since they opened and it has never disappointed. Excellent food and the staff has always been nice. It used to be family operated only but in recent years the parents have since left the business and it was taking over by their sons. Theyve remodeled the place, updated a few items, and now hire outside of the family.

Being new to the area I tried this place. My first time getting food was good. The second time however was.... a mess.. literally. My pizza pie was done 15 minutes before the rest of my food..so it was cold as we we were leaving. The mozzarella sticks were oily. The wings were horrible! Definitely not traditional Buffalo Wings. Long story short... I wont be going back there.

Located on Middle Country Road, this easy access pizza place features all the Long Island classics: pizza heroes, etc to dine in or take out with delivery available. If you like a heavier style pizza, this is the place for you. Slices from their specialty pies may not be the best choice because are not be rotated quickly. Stick with cheese and you cant go wrong!
