The owners and managers of the Pizza Hut in Woodland Park should be ashamed of themselves.... not the staff.... the staff is working their butts off; the food is good and they are trying so hard running around like crazy people.... running around trying so so hard to take care of people but its impossible when you have one person for the whole dining room in the summer! It is ridiculous.... its like they never ran a restaurant before. Do the people in charge not realize that its summertime on a highway in the mountains thats going to be packed? Ive never written a review like this in my life but this is my fourth time in the last couple months watching these poor people running around ....nobody in the dining room was happy today every single table was full and no one was happy and the reason is there was only one poor girl to take care of all those people. Its ridiculous. I feel so sorry for the staff here.... they work so hard and the owners and management just leave them hanging out to dry. Lazy and clueless. Tip double or triple when you go.

Only one girl working during lunch! Still waiting after 17 minutes for someone to come to my table. Ill just go and get my own drink. Schedule appropriately!! I only have 30 minutes for lunch. Lunch buffet went up in price but the quality has gone down. There is constantly old hard pizza offered on the buffet. Nothing seems fresh after 1 pm unless you beg them to put a pizza in (buffet ends at 2). Very limited pizza varieties offered. Also have seen a frequent turn over in staff.

I went here when I was an assistant scoutmaster and I loved it! Now, Pizza Hut is iffy. In Monteagle, Tennessee, I stopped at the Pizza Hut there and it was horrible. I also had Pizza Hut pizza somewhere in the springs and it was not much better. But this one was really good. I am really not sure why, but the atmosphere inside (even though it is the same, old, cheap interior of an Pizza Hut) just seemed to fit in with the mountains and the park.

Nasty food, Nasty SERVICE. Next time Ill just get pizza from somewhere else but I will never return to any of this places. Their employees are ruthless, no respect, no love for what theyre doing. Its more like if they hate what theyre doing. They should just quit and leave the jobs for people that really want to work and have better attitude about customer service

We recently started eating here and I will say this is a decent place to eat! Heidi had been our server several times and she is always nice and polite! She gets the five star rating!! The restaurant itself got a star knocked off because the music is a bit intrusive. Im not a fan of top 40 pop.

Excellent place to go if you want stale, old pizza. The last two times Ive ordered here I received cold, old pizza. This last time there wasnt even any damn sauce on the pizza. Save your money and get pizza elsewhere. Even Digiorno is better than this crap.

Simply put... the great pizza you had last time may be undercooked or overcooked next time. I understand we live at 8000 feet... however that is no excuse for a mediocre pizza. The saving grace for this location is the friendly and welcoming staff.

We travel all over the USA This is by far better than any Pizza Hut in any state we have visited. Hate to say it but far better than the one in my home area. We always get one from them when in this area. Never a disappointment.

All the pizza buffet was good. The thin crust pizza on the buffet did seem older, and reheated. It was a good price. The buffet is not all day, call ahead to confirm buffet times.

Do not come here for the lunch buffet, every time we go they pay no attention to who is coming and so never enough pizza for the number of people in the dinning room.
