I told the entire family we should give this place a try! We had it delivered to our hotel. It took over an hour and a half to get our food, when the pizza man got here, our order was wrong. The wings were supposed to be mild wings with ranch , and they gave us garlic parm wings. To save him the trip, (and because we were leaving shortly after dinner) we just asked for our wings to be refunded. The pizza man said fat boys did not refund anything. He ended up going back to get us the right wings we ordered. When bringing back our wings , I apologized to him again because I feel bad enough he had to bring back the wings. Unfortunately we didnt have the ranch we ordered with our wings! This is a new place to us , thier mild wings are spicy and I need something to dip it in. So I call back and ask them if theyre is something they can do for us , the manager Paula, offered to refund the ranch. She refunded us the ranch , but not our wings which we still did not end up eating because we did not have our ranch. Never again.

We ordered a pizza from this place a couple weeks ago and waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes until the driver called and told us it was going to be another 15-20 minutes. Since we were at the park with kids that were hungry we decided to get food somewhere else. They only credited our account for part of the order and not the whole thing ($3 soda which I wasnt concerned about). After I cancelled my order the person I talked to on the phone said he would like to keep us as customers and offered to put a free pizza on our account under our phone number. So... I called in to order my free pizza and hopefully get the free 2 liter I paid for and the manager said she found the note on our account but did not remember authorizing it. She said she would not comp our pizza we were promised after there HUGE mess up. She also refused to credit our account back the money they basically took from us for the soda until her GM approved it. HORRIBLE customer service and rude management that dont care about customer service!

See general ads on TV and food looks great. Stopped here during lunch hour rush. The line at Wendys next door was very long so I thought Id try this. No one in parking lot - should have been my first warning. The place was not clean and orderly. Ordered 2 chicken ranch subs with 2 drinks - $22.00 - really??? I asked for my free bread sticks and was told I needed to ask when I made my order. No signs indicting that. Since I was the only one there and no one was knocking their door down, youd have thought they would have given me the bread sticks but they let me walk out without the free bread sticks. Then I get to my location with subs and they were the WORST sandwiches I have ever had for any amount of money. There was barely any chicken and they sprinkled a few bacon crumbles on it with a dash of cheese and toasted it. I got 2 bread sandwiches with dried out chicken. The advertising is misleading as the quality and quantity of food is subpar. Back to Subway for a good sub and great service.

Worst ever! Wish there was a negative 5 star button. Ordered my pizza and was told 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half, I called only to be put on hold for 5 minutes before I could even ask where my pizza was. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes before my pizza would be delivered. I asked to speak to the manager which I then was placed on hold another 10. I informed her of what time I was given and wanted to know if there was a discount since I had waited twice the amount of time given and still no pizza. She rudely replied no and the wait time was actually 1 and a half hours despite what I was told. Even with time she told me, my pizza would have still been late by 15 minutes. I told them to cancel my order and found food elsewhere. Worst customer service EVER! Dont waste your time.

It is rather sad that we have to use a different place due to Fat Boys confusion of delivery time and ZERO effort or desire of wanting to correct that mistake. A manager at Fat Boys Pizza was unpleasant and didnt seem to want our business. We have had a lot of orders for large parties throughout 2016 and 2017 but now we will be providing our business to another place. I guess this place can afford to lose a lot of revenue from local businesses and networking groups as well as create that kind of reputation locally. I am sure another pizza location will thank you for giving them your business. Best of luck!

Great taco pizza, a little different from what I expected. Looks like a sausage pizza topped with lettuce and tomato, not served with sour cream or salsa but delicious without! Got the wrong order on the first try but they made it right by bringing the right stuff out. In total, we waited 2 hours but it was the dinner hour when we ordered so understandable. Overall it was a good experience, and once we ironed out the details we were well-satisfied with the pizza and the wings. Also, in years of ordering its the only time our order has ever been late or wrong. Well definitely keep ordering!!

I paid $50 for pizza at this place. The worker brought the pizza to my truck. Thank you kind sir. However he put the pizza in a car seat it dropped and fell they would not fix my pizza for me because it was in my truck and the worker was not driving me vehicle. So now i have to feed my family pizza that has no topping because the toppings are now on the top of the box!!! I went back to show them the pizza and both workers were yelling at me being so rude and disrespectful. I will never buy from them again and i will make sure i tell everyone so they will not be treated the way i was!!!

Wings arrived with no ranch that I paid extra for. Pizza arrived half on the top of the box the other half smooshed into the corner. I called Fat Boys and was offered a refund. Except that when the man who offered me the refund ran it by the manager it was denied. Paula then got on the phone and told me there was nothing she could do, and to deal with the incorrect order. Then the general manager, Stephen, got on the phone to tell me hed give me a refund if I drove the pizza over to him. And that this was policy. Also, the pizza and wings were bad.

Everytime I order from fat boys I get great service and there not expensive at all the food is amazing there u cant beat the prices they have they dont take 45 minutes to delivery your food like most pizza places do. the pizza is delicious every time I order a pizza and the breadsticks are great. they have friendly staff working there and the staff is always nice I would so rather ordering from fat boys before I order at any other pizza place. fat boys is my first choice to order from before any other place. I have no complants when I order from fat boys.
