Do you love Noodles & Company? Then dont go here. Lets go over the reasons why: Management is clueless and is cutting corners that is effecting the customer service, products pushed out and overall quality of the food. When dealing with rude employees, I would request to speak to the manager. Usually the manager attempts to defend their position and their employee without taking into consideration my complaints. In one case, I asked for the cashiers name who rang me up and the manager said, "Theyre new here, so I dont really know their name." This was a blatant lie, as there is no way a manager wouldnt know the names of their workers, otherwise how would they know who was supposed to be on shift at given times? Normally, when you get Noodles & Company food, it is cooked well and has plenty of sauce, cheese or other ingredients for the item you ordered. Normally, the food is clearly prepared well and the person making it put the necessary amount of ingredients into it. NOT HERE. They skimp on the sauce, they skimp on the cheese and attempt to charge $1 for additional sauce *(KNOWING they are putting too little in, that people will request additional sauce)* This is clearly unethical. As I can goto the Noodles by my workplace, or any other Noodles Ive been to and get the same dish with enough sauce that I do not need to order extra. Finding lobs of the wrong kinds of noodles in your dish is always fun... except its not. These employees seem to believe that the customer is a hassle, annoying them. This establishment is awfully managed and constantly turning over staff (every time Ive gone its been an entire new crew working there). One of the worst aspects of this place is how rude the employees are. Often, talking about paying customers either directly in front of or behind their back (I have overheard them complaining about a customer after they just walked out). This type of behavior is unacceptable in any customer facing business. They roll their eyes and really want you to know how much they hate their jobs, after all - you are the reason they have one and they must despise you for that fact. This shows a complete absence of management existing in this workplace. Want more proof? Often, they dont clean the tables after customers leave - having several tables filthy even during non-busy times. This means management is poorly directing their employees work. Either that, or these annoying teenagers working here with no work ethic refuse to do it and the management has no backbone. Either way, its not okay. Especially because nearby establishments manage to get these things done with little effect on their quality or quantity of work completed. Each time Ive gone to this specific establishment, I have left severely disappointed with the food, the service, the employees (and managers, as each time I or my wife have gone in here has led to a conversation with the managers) have all been awful. I highly recommend anyone venturing to this specific Noodles, avoid it. If youre seriously cravings Noodles, go to a different location, itll be worth the drive. If you dont want to drive further, just head next door to Qdoba - they do things right and treat their customers well (its a WELL MANAGED facility, unlike this Noodles). To the Noodles employees and management at 120th & Colorado, the only remaining thing I have to say is: "Bye, Felicia!!"

It has been a major let down with this location. I have had poor customer service when picking up to go orders from being made to wait for more than 20 minutes because orders were not ready even tbough tbe order on line had beem recieved with more than adequate time given to prepare given. from being treated as a nuisance for ordering additional items at pick up...which resulted in more that 20 minute wait for cheesy bread and me leaving without my order of bread even tough I paid, watching an employees basically throw the phone because a customer had the audacity to call in an order. The food has been aweful I orderd cheesy bread with extra sauce the cheesy bread wasnt even cooked the cheese and herbs just fell of the soft the untoasted bread and the extra sauce. ..what a total joke. There wasnt enough in there to cover bottom of the container the beef stroganoff had no sauce, totally dry and both pasta dishes where COLD. I will drive out of my way to go to another location so not to have to put up with this loactions sub standard food and absolutely horrific customer service

We went for dinner. Got there 20 minutes before close. We were told we could not eat in the dining room because the carpet cleaners were coming right at close. While waiting for our food witnessed the Manager reprimand an employee who was off the clock. Got our food in plastic, and went to the patio to eat in the cold. Though several people were still in the dining room. While sitting on the patio witnessed the same manager lock the door right in the face of a couple entering the restaurant. Finished our meal on the cold patio about 10 minutes after close, while other customers were STILL in the dining room, and we never did see those carpet cleaners. Food was good, terrible customer service!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I keep coming back thinking it will get better. It never does! They missed my online order before. Theyre always late with orders so order far ahead. Ive had to wait 23 minutes for an order before, and that was with the place almost empty. The noodles are sometimes burnt. Their chicken noodle soup this time is clearly the bottom of the barrel. It is a dark brown and it tastes like nothing but salt. Side soups have been filled with Basically no broth (this has happened several times). This location should be shut down. It really makes me want to stop going to noodles all together because nothing has changed regardless of how much feedback is given

Food is good. Unfortunately our experience was not. I took my 3 small kids to the bathroom and the lady that wanted to clean it banged on the door every 30 seconds. Meanwhile, my son who wanted to use the boys bathroom, was not able to get in because an employee was hiding out in there! Then, I placed a to go order to take home for left overs and when they brought it to me they told me they ran out of bags. It happens, no big deal. Sucks, because I have 3 small kids to get across the parking lot with a stack of to go bowls, but Ill manage. BUT.... 15 min later I see other people coming and going with take out bags.... Pisses me off.

Please dont waste your money at this place. I love noodles & co but this is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. They mustve hired the lowest of the low carefree workers they could find in Thornton, every experience is miserable. On top of that the food is bad never made the right way, I always think maybe this time it will be different cause I live a mile away but it seems to get worse every time. Do yourself a favor and go to qdoba next door. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed and youre lucky its really populated here or else you would be out of business, hire better employees please.
