I exclusively get my Qdoba burritos at this particular location because the quality is first and foremost here. I have been going here for several years, and I cant say Ive had a negative experience at this Qdoba. The food is always the perfect temperature, my order is always correct, and the size proportions are excellent. Sometimes, I even get more than I expect! I never get sick from the food, and it always tastes delicious. The manager here is also very friendly, as are the other employees. I dont know the employees by name, but when I come in, Im often recognized and greeted. Ive gone to other Qdoba restaurants, and this one has delivered the best experience to me. Lots of others are Chipotle fans, but I remember my first Chipotle burrito over 10 years ago and how I didnt enjoy the taste. Ive gone back to Chipotle since, and they have definitely made their food more appealing, but Ive never had a Qdoba entree that I did not like. From their burrito bowls to Mexican gumbo to mango salads and chips and queso...Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants that Ive had nothing but good experiences with. This location is undoubtedly the very reason for it.

This place was a mess. Staff was awful. Floors and tables disgusting. We came in at 9:20. The lady behind the counter only told us that she was out of steak and that the fryer was broken. Also that she was going to get us our food and get the hell out. One of the ladies in back was irritated about having to make more food close to close and verbal about it. The hot sauce bottle was empty so we took one from a nearby table that didnt have a lid. The table had a giant queso streak across it. It was a task to find a clean table. They closed early at 9:30,locking out potential customers with a sign that claimed they were out of hot water, which was a complete lie, as my boyfriend washed his hands in the bathroom that featured hot water from the sink just fine. Our burrito wasnt mixed and pretty mediocre. Wont be back. Chipotle for life. If this was my staff, everyone of them would be fired or going through intensive retraining.

On 7/18 at 7:55 pm, i had the pleasure of watching the burrito jockey first pile way too much beans and meat, followed by him bypassing the conveniently placed tongs to grab and spread the cheese AND lettuce by hand. I dont think he knew i was watching him, because he then spent a good minute trying to roll the burrito closed due to the overfilling. I then saw him wrap the foil which still left half the burrito exposed. He puts it into the to go bag and rolls the bag shut as if i was buying drugs but really was to hide the half naked burrito in the bag. I asked him immediately to wrap it with one more foil, after which he makes the excuse "its because our bags are weak, thats why the foil didnt stay wrapped". Smh...

I walked in, not even greeted. I asked for the new mango mojo burrito, the employee had no idea on how to prepare it. She didnt bother to look up or to be kind. The same person cashed me out, I handed her a free mango mojo entree card and told me it was not applicable for my meal. She than spent the 3 minutes trying to figure out, than explaining I had no mojo sauce on my burrito, which I did, and asked me to pay a remaining balance. Finally else helped on I got my free meal. So not worth my time, since chicken was burnt and I couldnt find a clean place to eat. Affordable but awful service.

My burrito was 85% rice (which was under-cooked), 10% beans, and 5% steak. I wanted a Queso Burrito, but they seemed like they could not comprehend what that meant. They gave me shredded cheese were really stingy with it, which is not even what I wanted in the first place. Also, they were not very friendly when my wife ordered the food. It was as if she had rudely interrupted their conversation. So if you MUST have your Qdoba burrito made here make sure you can either speak Spanish or have a picture graph of the ingredients you want to go in your burrito.

The lady who started the process was completely rude and acted like i was making her do something more then what ahe should have. You make food for people while they stand there and tell you what they want. The least you can do is put the right items that i ask for in my food and not throw it around like its putting you out, or im inconvincing you considering this is your job. Looking at the customer also is a big help. Definitely not the same place it used to be. Management needs some serious restructuring of its employees.

I stopped by and had an early lunch, having not eaten at a Qdoba before. There was no line and I was helped immediately. I ordered 3 knockout tacos that were made quickly, and I thought they were worth the price. The restaurant is really clean, I dont know where the other negative reviews are coming from. All in all, the food is as good as you could expect from a fast food chain. The ingredients were pretty good quality, but the proportions werent perfect and and a better tortilla would go a very, very long way.

Ive been here a lot. Recently the service has been lack luster and people who want to do their 8 and skate. However recently tonight, I was there and they were all having fun and seemed genuinely like they wanted to serve customers. I believe the current problem is the heavier set lady, with glasses who seems like a manager. If employees are able to serve customers have a good time and get their stuff done quickly and efficiently with out this manager there that says something about the manager when she is there.

this place was disgusting i went yesterday and my burrito tortilla was cold they cant even role a burrito they put a double tortilla and they where listening to music on there headphones I used to go because it used to be the best with the old crew buy this new crew is garbage !! it was really really bad customer service it was 9 and they didnt habe nothing but shrimp also it looked all disgusting and cry this qdoba is a diaapoiment !

Waited a ridiculous length of time to even be acknowledged let alone order. Severely understaffed. When we ordered, they skimped on all ingredients. Frequently ran out of items waiting on them to be refilled. Then they couldnt figure out how to use reward points. Finally sat down to eat the queso we ordered and was inedible (tastes like charcoal/burnt). Overall a poor representation of qdoba. Will not return to this location.

This review is for this location only. I gave this location 2 stars - one for the food and the other for the friendly service. The missing stars are for the management. This was the dirtiest, most unorganized place Ive eaten at in a long time. We were first customers of the day. There was food and crumbs on the tables and chairs. The glass and stainless at the drink counter was dirty. I cant imagine eating here again.

Hate to do this, but service tonight was really despicable. I will revise in the future if it improves. The staff was incredibly lazy, making a MESS and letting a line form while one employee was outside smoking and another was on her phone. Everything was out or about to be out, including cutlery and napkins, not to mention the last scraps of food we received. This is unacceptable. Place is filthy too.
