The food was amazing. Both mine and my dates dishes were very well prepared and the Naan was fluffy and very flavorful. This is a newer restaurant in Vail so I am sure they are still getting some kinks straightened out based on some other reviews but I personally experienced none of the issues. My order was for take out and was ready right when we arrived based on the estimated time provided when we ordered over the phone. Reasonably priced for the high quality of food. Never forget this is Vail and some people like to complain about everything so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and try for yourself. I will personally be going back quite often.

Ive loved Indian food since I was a kid and Ive had it in multiple states and nations. Im not being dramatic: This was the best masala curry Ive ever tasted. Every dish that my family of six had was fantasic and Ive sampled all of them. Now as the prior review mentioned, they were slow in service (and this is true) but I would counter by saying that if a good food experience is what you desire then this place cannot do you wrong. Also, its pricy for sure but that has more to do with the fact that its a ski resort town than anything else. All future indian food experiences will be judged against this restaurant.

Being from India I know Indian food. We ordered appetizer special of "Chaat ". It was just sweet yogurt mixed with stale wafers. No spices no taste. We ordered chicken kebabs and chicken tikka masala. Chicken was not grilled in clay oven called "tandoor". To make it worse it was precooked and just heated up. The gravy was watery. Rice was not Basmati rice. Garlic naan was very dry. The service was stale as the food. The waiter is standing over the shoulder watching me to enter the tip amount. I paid 15% but did not appreciate the gesture. Would stay away.

Excellent! Momo, Korma, Chana Masala, Samosa, Onion baji, Chicken wings, Naan, and Saag have all been perfectly cooked and seasoned. The food is actually spicy when you order it that way. The portions do seem a little small compared to other Indian restaurants Ive been to, but the prices are fair, even affordable for Vail! Casual atmosphere in what used to be the evergreen lodge breakfast area. Friendly and attentive service. This is the best Indian food Ive found outside of the Denver/Boulder area. By far the best in the mountains.

On my every day off i use to eat here. Each and every food items are awasome. Being a nepalese citizen i know the taste of my cuisine. Everything is perfect. Everytime i eat i remember my home cooked food. People says restaurant food are never as like moms cook food. But this proverb doesnt fit here. I know the chef of this restaurant he always cook food from the heart. Thats the reason why the food is so delicious here. I love it love it love it love it.. i hope you will serve the same quality in future too

The food is pretty good, but the service is just awful. I ordered takeout and they said it would be 15-30 min. When I showed up in half an hour, they made me wait around for 10 min after I told them I was picking up an order. Then, they told me that they hadnt given the order to the kitchen, so I had to wait around for another 10 min while they actually cooked the food. They didnt even apologize and didnt seem that busy anyways, so I really dont know what the deal was there.

My family and I ate here and thought it was awesome! My boys, 11 & 7, loved the Masala. They tried that Vindaloo that I had and liked it, but I had it with spicy #8 and it was Hot. I loved it. We are here on vacation and will visit again before we leave. Others have made comments about it being pricey, but I dont think so. We ate at Pepis in the village and spent a lot more and it was no where near as good. I would only give Pepis a two star.

The food was just ok but the portions very small and overpriced. They didnt use quality meat as both chicken and lamb were grisly. Our waitress forgot our drinks and came back 10 mins later to get the order again. You were supposed to give them a number for heat for the vindaloo and she never asked. When we asked she said that shes already put in the order and will bring a side of hot sauce.....

This place was great and we had such an incredible experience! The whole staff was so accommodating to our needs to the point of allowing us to sit outside even though the patio wasnt technically open. The food was also great! We all loved the vegetable Momos and every entree dish we tried was great. We will be sure to come back here next time were up.

Restaurant has great food in a minuscule size. Especially after the ridiculously long wait time it was not worth the over priced puny sized food! I had ordered a chaat which should then full of flavor but it was just yogurt and crackers! Great food for unreasonable sacrifices! Come here if you are willing to waste money for average food!

We sat there for a whole hour and we didnt even get our food ordered. We watched another table get up and leave because no one even came to them. We ended up just getting up and leaving because we kept asking to put our food in, but they just kept saying "one moment" and they wouldnt come back. I would never recommend going there.

Im very surprised at all of these good reviews. The food here is not good. I have chicken vindaloo and it was mostly tomato sauce. If you look up vindaloo youll see it isnt supposed to have tomatoes. The cheese Nan was made with cheddar! If you really know what good Indian food is, best skip this place. Its a disappointment.

Terrible service and mediocre food. Long wait times to the point where we had to go across to the other bar and get a drink. Other reviewers seem to like the food, so it may have been an off-evening, but I wouldnt want to play a guessing game of whether the food will be good or not. I do not recommend this place.

Ok I have had Chicken Tikka Masala just about anywhere, including Cusco Peru ( India off course ) and have to say these guys have it just about perfect. Definitely recommend a visit. If you like to kick it up a notch go for 10-12 on the spice level...it is spicy but still maintains the flavor

I LOVE this place!! My boyfriend and I go at least a few times a month because it is SO good. I usually always get the coconut veggie Korma because it is amazing but I have tried a few different things and everything Ive had is so good. The prices are great and the service is wonderful!!!

I love Annapurna. It has great space, a nice outdoor patio, food and service! There is no other resturant in town that carries this cuisine. It is a do not miss spot. It is casual and comfortable. Food is in great portions and well cooked! Do not pass up on the Garlic Naan bread... yummy!
