My family went here on Saturday the 8th at approximately two thirty in the afternoon placed a fourty dollar order that consisted of popcorn shrimp a p.o. not sandwich and surf n turf it took over twenty minutes to get our order for which was only partial and after approaching the counter four times after we were presented with bare hands and no under tray of which was tossed on our table of which was supposed to complete our order however it was incorrect. Returned to the counter with an inccorect order and waited and addition ten minutes to get a p.o. sandwich. The batter on the fish was saturated in oil. Making it inedible the shrimp were like rubber and the chicken strips was indestinguishable between breading or left over fryer matter we approached the manager of whom came out with great distain. Her professionalism was far below any standards of any corporate standard. We were shocked to say the least of the rhetorical response of the excuse that we received. And addition to having twelve Gage shotgun shells pierced through the ears of the manager and the presentation of the other employees we will not be returning to this establishment again nor will our other family members or friends as we have explained our experience. In addition there was four other customers who have also made complaints of their food being overcooked undercooked or frozen in a span of thirty minutes of us being there. The tables were not cleaned and nothing was how it should be. I wish we could rate this at a lower rate because it was not worth driving over sixty miles for this food.[120 miles round trip]

My husband and I went to this Popeyes location with our 2 small children, (under 5), and when we were trying to place our order the girl inside kept on cutting me off while I was speaking. I was trying to tell her we needed a special order for the kids. We were treated horribly, while we were just trying to place an order! We couldnt believe what we were hearing. I own a small business down here in Pueblo and thought to myself I wouldnt want any of my employees treating anyone like she treated us, so I called the manager at Popeyes and while I was explaining the story, she said that the employee told her that we, (the customers), were using foul language. I said to the manager....why would we be using foul language? We couldnt even get a word in-the girl kept cutting us off. Now I know why this place has such poor employees, look at how the manager treats her customers. I can only tell you honest, hard working people....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You will be treated as if you are inconveniencing the staff and when you try to help the business by reporting it to the manager, she wont listen anyway. Very poor customer service and management.

went through the druve thru and ordered the 16 piece family meal, was told there was a 3 to 5 minute wait for spicy so we agreed to wait. 23 minutes later he brings out our order and says he didnt have enough spicy to complete our meal so he mixed it (didnt ask if it was ok, just did it) and when we got home we found ALL WINGS! Tiny, dried up, mostly meatless wings. No breasts or thighs. A complete rip-off.

Drive thru horrible. You repeat yourself four times in the order is still wrong they have you wait in the Drive-Thru pull up parking spot for 20 minutes to get your food thats wrong. My husband goes in to have the order corrected they tell him they will upgrade his sides for free. Well we ordered and paid for the upgrade sides already.. So will not be Going back looks like its KFC for chicken..

The employees always have an attitude. Every other time I come their headsets are broken and they never put a sign out for anyone to know they cant order from the drive thru. The wait is always 20 minutes when they tell you 5 and they obviously dont know the difference between bbq sauce and blackened ranch.

The girl at the front counter was really sbkrt with us. She was to worried about wanting to clock out and she made that real clear to us. The food was pretty good but they really should make sure they have someone working the front register that has good customer service.

Always has hot and fresh food and is very clean. Lots of room and has really good food. I have never had to return because of bad food or service. The staff there a friendly and always make sure your order is right and fresh.
