Upon arrival there were at least 6 people waiting on orders, an elderly woman at the register then me next in line. After about 5 minutes it was my turn to order. I told the lady at the register my order of 2 #6s to go, but as I was telling her she left the register to help the one other person working the front line and seemed to have completely forgotten that there was a now growing line she just walked away from. I know things can get hectic in the fast food industry but just walking away from a customer in the middle of providing service isnt acceptable in any line of work. When she finally got back from micro managing we had to repeat our order (not a big deal, Id forget an order if I walked away in the middle of it as well) and wait 10 more minutes for a total of 6 tenders, 2 bisquits and 2 prepared servings of mashed potatoes, during the wait I noticed that not one employee including the one plating orders was wearing gloves and was alternating between using the keyboards for the computer and running thru doors to the lobby to give customers food they didnt receive when they were told their order was ready. Also finding a table to wait at that wasnt covered in empty honey packets and breading was next to impossible. Food quality 7/10 Customer service 3/10 Cleanliness 3/10 Next time Im going to popeyes

Not happy at all. Went there a week ago today and ordered 3 meals. I ordered a zinger meal my zinger was so old and hard I couldnt even bite into it. I even tried to break the chicken in half and it was hard to do. Called and told the manager and said I could have a free zinger meal, she wrote me down in the books. I come today to get my free meal and 2 other meals. When I tell them about my free meal they were really rude and said I had to come inside to receive it! Umm. I ordered in though drive thru the first time.. It wasnt my mess up it was theirs for not having fresh food. Needless to say I cancelled my other two meals and went inside to receive my free meal. I will NOT be back here. Im very very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff! The staff needs to be trained on kindness to the customers and how to keep fresh food!!

A BIG disappointment.....Absolutely horrible... Food was really old and hard... Nothing was fresh. I always spend 30 to 45 dollars thinking it will get better and it never does... Floor was very slippery and tables were dirty and sticky. Chicken tenders were so hard I could not even bite into them, they got thrown away. Cookies were undercooked and tasted freezer burned. Chicken was so small and old you got maybe two bites of soft chicken if you were lucky. My side dishes were only half way filled and the biscuits were overcooked. (I had to put one star because it would not let me post with out one...otherwise this store location would get no stars on their rating from my family and I.)

Horrible, Ive been to this KFC three times now and every time they have got my order wrong. I wouldnt complain if it was just the sauce but its like half the order missing or incorrect. Portions are a joke and so is the customer service. Compared to other KFCs Ive been to this place needs to be put out of business. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce and the lady got bitchy with me and told me it would cost extra. This is also the only KFC Ive been to that I couldnt substitute one side for another. Needless to say I wont be going back. I will be taking my business to Popeyes.

Horrible customer service. I have went through the drive-thru twice now with the same woman helping me at the window. She basically threw my food at my car and was completely offended that I asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce. She handed my a heaping handful, half of which fell onto the ground, and slammed the window. Horrible, she needs to find a new job if she doesnt like hers.

Supposed to close at 10. We were in drive through at 9:20. Sat in line until 9:31 at the order kiosk when they turned the lights off. They never took our order, never acknowledged us, although did take the two cars in front of us. It was a late night for me and got home late. Kids were in the car hungry. Will not ever return. Very disappointed.

Make sure they have everyrhing! I Ordered a meal but then after I paid they told me they were out of somethings. I wanted a refund but was told by the manager they could not. The sad part is they continued to sell it to other customers and did the same (wouldnt allow a refund). That is just ridiculous and sad for KFC.

Good food when they have it. Its like they only set aside a certain amount of chicken per day. The phone is always busy and some of the employees are rude. Do they want to stay in business? They had to close the northside because of all this crap.

Asked for extra crispy, but we got original recipe. Not really sure they ever have extra crispy. Far too much gravy on the mashed potatoes. Chicken strips were dry and stringy. Very disappointing. Last time we try KFC, at least in Pueblo!

Amazing staff. The managers are very friendly and make sure to satisfy all customers needs. They work together well under pressure and are always busy. Food is always fresh and they rarely run out of product. Store is nice and clean.

My order is always wrong 4/5 times.... But its the only KFC in town, so if I want chicken that wont blow out my digestive tract (Popeyes) I have no choice.. but, the food is always good and fresh!

While the neighborhood is not one of the best in town, there does lie this treasure, this Kentucky Fried Chicken is the last one here in Pueblo. Chicken is as good as it always has been.
