WORST SERVICE EVER. Employees are usually pleasant, but they are always out of pot pies. No matter what time of day you go, no matter if theyre busy or slow, they never have them, and its a 20 minute wait if you want one. I recommend checking your to-go order before you drive away; 7 times out of 10, something is missing from the order. Also, I never go inside because its filthy. The owner of this location needs to pay a bit more attention to his investment. I didnt order the pot pie today because, once again, it would be a 20 minute wait for one. I ordered chicken tenders, and was told to pull around front and they bring it out to me. Ive been down this road before! It takes them forever. Ive now been sitting here for 14 minutes and still waiting for my tenders; should have went ahead and ordered the pot pie! Seriously people, how long does it take to cook 3 boneless strip of chicken? After almost 20 minutes, a girl strolled out with my food - absolutely no sense of urgency. Fire them all and start over with competent staff. Never. Again.

I love the staff at this location and quick service. They do mess my order up a lot though and Ive never recieved the cookie that comes with the $5 fill up. Only if I catch it before I drive off. Today I order a $5 fill up. I got home and all I had was two chicken little sandwiches, a napkin and a spork. I knew it felt light, but thats just silly. I returned and asked for my mac n cheese and cookie. I looked in the bag and I had mashed potatoes and no cookie. Hahaha! I just went with it. I hope this doesnt continue. I do love the staff and I have brought it to managements attention before. Maybe just a refresh on portions and meal contents would help? Thanks for reading. :-)

1st visit, I went through the drive-thru they forgot my coleslaw so I went inside to get it. they just cleaned the floors, it smelled like dirty mop water. fine whatever. 2nd visit, as soon as we walked in, the floors were sticky. we ordered, sat down, the table was sticky so we moved tables, that table was sticky, we changed tables again. We got our food, they missed a few things so they threw in a few cookies for inconvenience. A lady started mopping the floors, she apologized for cleaning because the floors were so sticky but it smelled like she was cleaning with dirty mop water. lost our appetite and we left.

I posted pictures of my most recent purchase. I paid 5bucks plus tax on K6 which is the 3 piece tenders with mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders i received were ridiculously small. Whats more, the small cup of mashed potatoes and gravy barely had any potatoes in it. For two dollars more, i could have ( and should have) gone to popeyes and ordered their version of this meal which comes with so much food that i cant finish it all in one sitting. Embarrassing service from a once find establishment. Im not sure Ill risk wasting my money here in the future.

We just came in for an early lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant. When we came in my wife went to get us a table and came back to the counter and said "there is literally not one clean table". With which the girl behind the counter just loomed at her with a blank stare, then looked at me and said "can I take your order". There are greasy hand prints on the seats, every booth is dirty, and I am afraid to look in the bathroom. I wont be back, and that is a shame because we just moved here from Ohio and were regulars at the KFC back home.

I had decided to venture into this marvelous establishment known as KFC, little did I know that their integrity was all for not. I ordered my food and when I took that first bite, I expected a succulent and savory taste, however, the food was cold, soggy, and I noticed that there may have even been spit on my eggs. Now I know to never eat at KFC again.

There have been many times that I want a particular item (i.e. grilled thighs) and they dont have any cooked. I dont have 20 minutes to wait around....I came there for FAST food. Often my order is wrong when they give it to me. Ive learned to check it before driving away from the window.
