This location has broken me of eating at Sonic. I generally order the popcorn chicken, which, if made anywhere else, is quite delicious. At this particular Sonic, it is always, ALWAYS room temperature, and often undercooked. Sonics food is already more expensive than your average drive-thru, and I REFUSE to pay extra for food that has obviously not been prepared recently. The tots and fries are ALWAYS the same. Getting freshly cooked hot and crispy fries has been a rarity for me at this place, to say the least. I no longer leave the window without first checking that everything is right, and at the very least hot. When you nicely point out a mistake, they seem annoyed rather than apologetic, but generally fix the mistake without a word said. I used to love eating here, but over the last few years, this location has really gone downhill.

I live super close to this Sonic, but never go here. Tonight, I stopped by for a shake and quickly remembered why I dont go here. After a long wait, I got home with my cookie dough and brownie shake to find that it was missing half the ingredients. Per the website, this shake has "vanilla ice cream mixed with cookie dough pieces and syrup and delicious soft brownie pieces." My shake was literally a cup filled with vanilla ice cream and some cookie dough pieces. I called them to let them know and was told that I could come back, which is nice. Most likely though, I wont, since this has always been my experience with Sonic. I dont recommend going here. Its worth it to drive a little more and get quality elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I love Sonics food and beverages no complaints there but the service at the W 10th street location in Greeley has by far the worse service I have EVER and I mean EVER had. Im speaking more for some of the employees there in the evenings because I dont really get to Sonic during the day. The manager is a complete joke. I can see why the rest of their employees treat their customers like dirt because their being led by a lazy miserable person who dont know how to be a manager. I have made several compaints to corporate about them. They always close way earlier than they are supposed to and a extremely angery with you when you show up anywhere close to closing time!

(full disclosure) speaking as a former employee and off and on customer when Im in the area: this is probably the freshest fast food youll find anywhere around. All the veggies save for the lettuce is prepared that day, and sometimes within hours of being sent out, and even the onion rings are hand prepared early that morning. all the products are good quality and though I cant speak for the night shift, as I did work during the day, everything is kept very clean and food is out within 5 minutes. when I say clean I do mean clean, I got a serious warning once for blowing dust off a lemon and they have separate everything for those who are intolerant to various food products.

Literally the worst sonic I have ever been to! The service is terrible and the food is worse! I ordered a brownie cookie dough madness and had absolutely no cookie dough or brownies! The wait time is ridiculous and the parking lot is the worse design! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Hell for the price youre better off going to the grocery store and making your own milkshake. Will not be coming back ever.

Typically the better operated sonic. Delicious burritos but terribly dry, which is why Ive never understood the salsa Nazis. Why ask how many cream and sugar for coffee if you arent gonna listen. Posting a pic of the 6 month expired creamer I did not use! "A" team works in the afternoons, wont be back for breakfast at this location, too many other opportunities to not feel like Im inconveniencing the employee.

Active listening skills are there, but the idiots dunno what to do next such as follow through. I enjoy ranch with my fries- many folks do! So when I order ranch and have it read back to me 3 times and fail to get my ranch- this angers me. Maybe you should be forced to give angry customers free food out of your check to motivate some brains out of these kids...

I like the food here, reasonably priced for fast food. I can feed the family for just a few bucks more then McDonalds but the food is much better. not as fond of the other sonic as they tend to take a lot longer but this place is pretty fast as far as sonics go and dont waste nearly as much time entertaining each other vs actually preparing your order.

Pulled up to stall 23 at 9:00 pm. Pushed button multiple times. No one answered. Had to walk up to window and it seemed I interrupted and aggravated them. Placed my order at drive up window that I walked to. Now 9:23 and just got order. Person who served us was very nice, but overall experience was very lacking.

HORRIBLE, if you want all of you food to come out wrong the first time, come to this sonic! I have now given them 3 tries and all 3 time every sandwich or hotdogs has been incorrect. If you have the time to sit and wait for these incompetent cooks to try to get your food right then eat here.

Decent service. They are always quick, they dont chat at all. Which is fine, Honestly Id be kind of annoyed if they tried. The food is pretty good. Theyre burgers used to be really dry, but I think the got new buns. Its a lot better than it used to be

The slowest Sonic in the world... food is okay and thats why I keep going back, but I was just in line for 25 minutes and they forgot my tater tots until I said something. Half the staff was sitting inside on their phones.

Food is okay, service is rarely friendly and the young people service always seem annoyed with their job. I have rarely seen the same people here. Still cannot get enough of their corn dogs, burgers, fries and deserts!

1st time they got drink orders wrong was extremely busy so blew it off kids drank them anyway 2nd time drinks wrong also wont go there again especially being that we just go for the drinks

We used the drive-thru. The service was quick but the food was cold so it was the worst hamburger Ive ever had. Not the first time this happened at this location. We wont be going back.

Place is clean and fairly well maintained. Bathrooms cleaned regularly. Food presentation seems a bit lax. Its fast food, enough said.
