Dining experience was fine. Food was timely, wings were good as usual, and better than a lot of the local, non-franchise options that I have come to expect would be better than the large chains. Tonight in particular, we ordered an item off the menu that the waitress mentioned they might be out of. We gave a back up order, in case they were out of what we had originally wanted. Turns out, they were out of that item, and we got the replacement, which was unsatisfactory to say the least, but no problem, we ordered it, its not like it was given to us as a replacement without having been requested. They took it back to the kitchen, and refunded the charge for that item. The manager came and apologized, we explained the situation, he took care of us, end of story. Long story short, something was delivered that was unsatisfactory, the staff handled it professionally and quickly, and we were pleased with the service overall. To the guy complaining that his reason for not patronizing this establishment further being that you cant carry firearms on the premises, and thus he felt "unsafe". Grow up. Seriously. You cant bring your toys inside and now youre butthurt? How about comment on the dining experience and leave your inbred hick attitude outside along with your firearm.

I applied to this location online and got a call back for an interview . I went to the interview and it went great and the manager told me to come back in 2 days for a second interview. I came back and the manager that was going to interview me wasnt there so we had to reschedule . I had to re-schedule my second interview not once not twice but three times because every time I went in the manager was not there or had just left .( every time I went in for the reschedule the interviews I waited 10-15 min just waiting for some one to help me ) Finally I had my interview with him and he told me I would make a great Addition to the team and he would love for me to work there. He told me he would call me the next day . I waited 3 days for him to call me so when I called him back he told me to call in an hour to talk to another manager . I called back and she told me that they are going to hire another person. This location is very unprofessional and I would suggest not going to this location.

I did not have the best experience with this BWW, when we first walked in the group of ladies at the front didnt notice us for a good while to where I had to ask if we should seat ourselves, the food took a long time to arrive and it was not busy at all. A different waiter had to bring out our food and did not bring my son an extra plate which was my only request, when I asked again they brought me some paper bowls which is not sturdy enough for a toddler. They did not give me any silverware with my mac and cheese and after 5 minutes of trying to flag someone down I finally got the attention of who looked like the manager, he nodded at me (so I assumed he was coming my direction) then continued walking past my table. By the time I received silverware my food was cold. Probably will not come back to this location

I live less than five miles away from this location. Over the last four years, I keep giving them a try thinking they may get there act together. Between the sampler including wings and the ten extra wings which I ordered, buffalo wild wings gave me a little 2oz portion of ranch to go with it. When I asked the manager if this was normal, she blammed me for not asking for extra ranch. Sorry that I was expecting a sufficient amount in the first place! On top of everything I ordered a veggie boat which comes with its own ranch. This is just the recent let down by this restaurant and management. I will not step foot in there ever again. I have only given them this many chances because Ive been to so many around the country and state and have never had a reason to complain. Such a let down.

I have to second what a previous reviewer wrote: The Buffalo wild wings in Loveland CO was by far the worst experience Ive had at this chain. My wife and I sat down, ordered our meal, and 50 minutes later the food still had not arrived. The waitress came by twice to apologize, then the Manager after we asked for the bill. They boxed the meal up and handed it to us as we left. Instead of the Manager offering a credit for the meal, he made weak excuses for his kitchens failure. When we arrived home with the meal, the boneless wings were overcooked and my wifes order was completely wrong. My wife ordered tenders and received grilled Chicken instead. I would advise the owner(s) of this chain to take a good look at the management here. It is weak. We will drive to Fort Collins from now on.

I came in last night with my fiancee and son for dinner and i have to say i was not pleased. We were in the mood for wings so we decided to stop in. Apparently it was wing tuedays which was not made known what so ever neither were wings promoted at all but why do that its only wild wings on wing day lol. However we did order wings and frys. We were not asked to try and sauces or anything like in previous experiences but im not going to go on that. We got our food and it was alright. Didnt help that our server seemed quite rude and didnt care much to refill drink as the manager came by twice and did so. Not normally one to complain but just a poor family outing!

Called to place an order ahead of time on super bowl, recording says amazing promotion for those who order on super bowl, I ask what is the amazing promotion? She replies I dont know we are not taking coupons and everything is full price. I ask to have it ready in the hours she says it will be 3 and a half. I then proceed to order anyways and when ordering for the kiddos she says oh and we are not doing kids meals today! Ha LOL I will give Buffalo Wild Wings my business! Get your crap together!

Out of the BWWs in the area this is by far the worst. When it takes the 15 minutes to be greeted and take a drink order you know its going to be a bad night. I could see it taking a little time if they were busy but that wasnt the case. Take the extra time drive to Fort Collins theyll give you much better service, and actually ask if youll like a refill.

The service was fine but the food was just ok. My boneless wings (chicken nuggets) tasted like they would have been good if the breading on them wasnt so freaking salty! Its like the breading was crazy salty AND the sauce. It should be one or the other but both being that salty was just way too much. It almost made them inedible to me.

Trainee? Attitude? Manager did not care? My daughters food arrived when the rest of us were almost done. Burger overcooked. Buffalitos with dry chicken. Waitress would not clear dirty dishes unless asked and then with an attitude. Asked twice for extra knapkins.Wrong drink refill. Bill wrong. Other BWW not like this Loveland, CO one.
