Some of the worst food I have had in a while. I wanted to try out this new wings place on the east side of town and was sorely disappointed. I ordered a 15 wing combo with garlic fries that cost me just over 20 dollars with some ranch. Tried Garlic, Cool Flicker, and Golden Flame flavors. The garlic fries were terrible and I ate about 4 and threw them away. They didnt taste like garlic and were overwhelmed with salt. I tend to like salty foods and I couldnt do it. The garlic wings and the cool flicker had the same overwhelming salty taste. The golden flame ones were the only ones I could even get through. I WAS hungry though, so preceded to remove the skin from the others and throw it away. Overall, not sure how this place is going to survive if all of their flavors end up being "salt" with a nice marketing moniker. Will never eat here again. If you want wings on this side of town, head across the street to wing stop. If you want probably the best wings (imo) go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Was really hoping to have a new wings place to visit over here. Worst part is I gave them my phone number when they first opened and now I am on some call list for their annoying phone campaigns.

Slow, Soggy and Spensive. This place was pretty disappointing. Ordering was quick and the guy that was taking our order was knowledgeable and helpful. (Turn out there are 4 different french fry treatments). Once ordered the food seemed to take for ever to arrive but freshly cooked wings would totally be worth the wait. The wings arrived completely soaked (first layer submerged in sauce). The skin on the wings was pale and mushy. The meat seemed rubbery and flavorless despite being swamped in sauce and made weird sound when bitten into. Serious disappointment! We got fries too. Just like the wings they seemed like they were pulled out of the fryer a few minutes too early. We ordered two types of fries, Classic and Garlic (something or other) they both tasted the same. The garlic ones were dressed with some little green bits. Disappointment number 2! 20 (soggy) wings, 2 orders of (flavorless) fries and two drinks cost nearly $40. I dont mind paying if the food is good, this wasnt. These wings are seriously lacking.

I still have indigestion from eating here. We ordered 10 bone in wings, 10 boneless, fried mushrooms, and french fries. The fries were chewy, it looked as they mixed some fresh with old darker colored fries. Id say by the weird flavor they dont change their fry oil very often. The wings also had a sweet stale taste. Not very good for standard buffalo sauce. The boneless wings looked like mini chicken nuggets and tasted nasty. The worst part is this meal gave me indigestion all night and stomach was still rumbling all next day, and that says a lot for a guy with an iron stomach. The mushrooms were the only thing not bad. Another downside is the price, paid $25 for this crap and it didnt include drinks.

Daughter talked me in to trying it and we were excited. The girl who helped us was very nice and friendly, love the look of the place and the food we saw with other guests looked good. We were excited about the fries especially. We got the 20 wing family deal (20 wings, large fries and 2 drinks) which with tax and tip came to about $32. We got 10 Lemon Pepper and 10 Golden Flame (I think that was the name). Got the food and the fun stopped there. The Lemon Pepper rub was extremely overpowering and salty, the Golden Flames were even salty. And then the fries, looked so good, but the amount of salt on them was so extreme that we couldnt even eat them. Truly disappointed.

Its ok. We go here every few months when we want wings, and its always the same. If you think you want HOT wings go one higher on the list than you normally do. The sauce is milder than most of the other places but its got good flavor. The bone IN wings are better but thats just me. My son likes the chicken nugget type "wings" here too. Has always been seating available and a few TVs to watch while you wait. (They deliver too) The fries are really fresh and the wings are cooked all the way (no one wants an undercooked wing). The floor by the pop machine is always sticky but the rest of the place appears to be pretty clean and nice for a wing joint.

First time calling the place. Bree answered politely at first. I had said I was calling for delivery... A good 4 to 5 seconds goes by of silence. I say, "hello"? She says what appeared to be a inconvenient agitated "Im getting there" 3 second pause goes by.. I was trying to figure out how to respond. I replied "Um I changed my mind, thanks." Only to hear a "puah". Something along the lines of "whatever" if I were to have to interpret it. Beyond all that. I do understand you can only judge that so far. Im sure the person that put a lot on the line for this franchise wouldnt condone. Good luck Golden Flame.

Amazing wings. So much better than Wing stop and Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff is super friendly the portions are great. Offering a variety of flavors to satisfy everyones cravings. The restaurant it self is family friendly and super cozy kicking it with old school jams for all ages to enjoy. Their variety of fries. Amazing! Never seen a place offer variety of fries unless you upgrade and pay an extra fee here you choose which ever fries yall want. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for real wings in the Colorado Springs area. Check out their Groupon which offers a wonderful deal.

Wait time is at least 20 minutes, atmosphere is not bad, but their boneless wings are way overpriced! Why are they the same as regular wings??.. $14 for 10 boneless wings? when boneless wings literally everywhere else are less than $10 for an order of 10- and these ones were very basic. Absolutely nothing special for being that much.. tasted like your basic Tyson chicken (gross). The fries were extremely salty and slightly burned. The place in general was just "OK". Im definitely not in a hurry to return, if I ever do.

We typically order at least twice a month. Sometimes to go, sometimes dining in. This last visit which, was it to go order, will be my last. The order had a mistake and the gentleman who appeared to be in charge did not care one bit. There was no effort to correct the issue. I almost felt as though bringing attention to my concern was somehow offensive to the guy. I can pay a lot less for poor service elsewhere.

Good customer service and an interesting theme for the interior of the place. Personally, I liked the traditional chicken wings rather than the boneless ones. Plus, the hot sauces for me* wasnt really spicy but had good taste ( I have an iron stomach and a tolerance for really spicy stuff). The freshly made fries are awesome by the way! Nice place to hang out, watch a game or two on the four TV screens.

The wings are amazing. Every time I order here the employees are nice and get it right. I did have a problem where they did not put ranch and blue cheese in the order. I called in to bring it to the attention of mgmt shortly after they made a special trip to bring me what they forgot even though I told them not to. #service large wings and tasty food. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys wings.
