I would give this location 0 stars if I could. After being told to pull to the front from the drive thru to wait for our food, it took 20 minutes to actually get our order. One employee came out and asked what we were waiting for and I had to give him our receipt for him to have any clue what we ordered. Once our food was finally delivered, it was wrong and we had to go inside to correct it. Upon arriving home and unwrapping our sandwich, it very clearly HAD A BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT!! Absolutely disgusting. Will NEVER go back there.

Im glad we ignored the poor ratings and tried this location ourselves. Most importantly, it was clean. We didnt have to wait. The young man that took our order was very friendly, polite and professional. We got exactly what we ordered...no waiting for the food. The chicken was yummy, spicy, fresh and crunchy. The red beans and rice were awesome. Remember, this is fast food not a luxury restaurant with linen and china.

Are you kidding me? We stood in line for TEN minutes (the only ones in line) with at least four employees working, they looked at me four different times and just turned around like no one is trying to order food. THEN after I got one of their attentions and asked if they are going to serve us, they looked at me and turned around. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The best Popeyes in Colorado!!!! All the employees are super nice, I didnt even wait 1 minute in line for my order to be taken. The cashier, Omar, was very nice and friendly. The chicken was fresh and delicious. I LOOOOOVE THE MASH N GRAVY AND THE FRIES!! ♥️♥️♥️ My whole family loves it here and we definitely recommend it to everyone!

Hard ass biscuit and 10 min old fries. Just cause it is held under heat. Doesnt mean its still fresh. I know there has to be hold times and there is no way these items were with in it. One of the worst Popeyes Ive ever had.

Corporate needs to handle this location. I not any of my family will return here. We will drive to Castle Rock for Popeyes!! Dirty facility, orders wrong, cant speak English, excessive wait times. Bad experience all around!

Horrible. Screwed in the drive thru. Sposed to be 8pc spicy, got 5 thighs and 2 wings NOT spicy, soggy, terrible chicken. RUINED national fried chicken day for us. NASTY!
