Found cigarette ash in burrito, called manager to let him know....just to let him know. And he argued with me that his 2 "smoking" employees didnt work after 8 p.m. Told him the time was around 5:30, he then told me they got off after 4 p.m. So instead of apologizing for the ash in the burrito he denied it was possible. I will NOT eat there again. Where is the customer service.

No one working front counter Every customer that came in had to wait for someone to come to the front counter How to all of their beverages only found one that actually tasted correct They said they would fix it but never did when I was there Workers were not personable at all I will never go back to this location

Horrible customer service. Not to mention, it says that it is open till 2 a.m, but they apparently close down the KFC part of it at 10. Either get it fix on the Internet or stay open till youre supposed to.

RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never going back to this KFC. By the reviews I see I am not the only person. The people at the store are rude and trying to complain to corporate the system is broken!

Consistently the worst service and food ever. The food is always old and cold. You order is always wrong. Staff is rude. Restaurant is always dirty. This place really deserves to go out of business
