I wish I could give negative stars. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, was told our one meal would take 6 minutes and asked us to pull up front (asked if that was okay AFTER we paid). After waiting for 10+ minutes, seeing the manager smoking a cigarette, 4 employees sitting at a booth, the one person working had a personal conversation and we finally went inside to ask about our food. After another 4 minutes (when they actually decided to prepare the food), We are finally leaving and not coming back. Sorry to the 4 cars in the drive thru, you guys are about to be displeased.

Zero stars. Bathroom dirty, no seat covers. Employee taking order acted like she wanted to be anywhere else (not friendly or attentive). Iced tea was turbid. "Lemonade" canister dispensed water with no "Out of Order" sign posted. Coleslaw had NO dressing on it at all - just shredded cabbage & carrots, no seasoning. Floor and mat around beverage area dirty and disgusting, shoes sticking to it. No salt or pepper available without waiting through line again to ask for it. Chicken poor quality.

We had to wait for 10 to 15 mins to order which was fine but we get up to the window our cashier did even know which order we were and took our money, gave us our drinks after she asked us twice and decided to just clock out without handing us our food that we clearly saw. It took the nee cashier thst came on about 10 mins after to ask us if we were helped and saw our food there and gave it to us. Food was cold and just how everything went down was a bad experience.

Hello i stop by KFC yesterday for dinner and let me tell you it was a big mistake the cashier who took my order appear not to know the register or how to work it out and by the time i got my food 20 minutes later the chicken very saggy not fully coated i didnt receive any biscuits they said they were out of biscuits so the give me one piece of chicken extra but my children did not like it at all and they eat everything everything overall not a good experience

This is by far the very best KFC I have seen in Denver. Very clean, organized, employees that actually care, fast service and nice and hot food. I got me a bucket of chicken along with some sides, very good. I will go back to this location, even though its a bit of a drive, so worth it. Yum yum. I highly recommend this place over any other in Denver. It is worth the drive wherever you are.

The food at this location is okay, but DO NOT use the drive thru, because you will almost certainly have to go back inside anyway due to any variety of mistakes they will make on your order. Out of the last six times Ive been here, theyve messed something up every time. But, the chicken fried steak wednesdays are hard to pass up. But if that ever stops, so will my visits to this place.

Poor quality, I have been here a few times and was hoping it would get better. The quality was horrible .The chicken breast was small and half the skin was gone. Another time they forgot my biscuit. I will never go back to this location even though its less then a mile from my home. I have also ordered the 20 dollar bucket before and the chicken was all mangled,Pretty sad.

Take your catering needs elsewhere. I attempted to place a catering order at this location. First I was placed on hold for a long time. The second call it seemed that the employee hung up on me. Very disappointed. UPDATE : went to the store and spoke with another employee and she made it happen. Still bummed someone made me experience a call like that.

An employee at this location tried to fight me over some water on the ground and I now fear for mine and my familys safety when going there. I will never be visiting this location again and I hope this is taken care of. Please be warned of this location as their employees obviously have issues with acting professionally.

We got nice service as we walked in. Although there was a wait for the grilled chicken, it was not something that made it bad. Maybe for someone in a rush, however I was able to sit and enjoy one of their root beer floats while I waited! The food tasted good and my order was complete. Overall a place to like.

Chicken as way over cooked. Nothing like chewing plastic. They had no root beer. When notifying staff about them being out of root beer, I got a rude response on how they are out and they arent making anymore today. I went in at 1230ish. Should have gone to Popeyes instead. Waste of money.

Perhaps one of the worst KFC experiences in Colorado. Terrible customer service and bad attitudes, hit-or-miss food and nothing gets done to improve. If this is what KFC is representing now, Ill find somewhere else to get my fix. Chik-Fil-A is only a block away, after all!

Just got food from this place and it is so NASTY got home and my food tast like it was warmed up in a microwave ,gave us a small gravy when we got a large and now they dont answer the call , I hope I get a full refund This is very disappointing

I havent eaten at KFC in YEARS, and I was NOT disappointed by my last visit. Customer service is what you would expect from a late night fast food run, our order was correct, our food was hot and fresh. All around a good experience.

Dont get there late...if it is close to close they will ignore you at the drive through. When you get to the window, theyll tell you they are closed and out of food. Management will not care. Neither will corporate.

The wait can definitely be ridiculous, but the staff works hard. Just a busy location so dont be in a hurry if you go there. Manager guy seems really good, he communicated and apologized to every customer
