HORRIBLE! We went here to have a family sit down lunch instead of eating corn dogs and junk. After being seated for 15 min a server came over and asked if we were ready to order.... well mind you 15 min at a table with no drinks, no menu no nothing! So after getting a menu we decide to order an appetizer if fried pickles and a 18" pizza. Well 55 min later we get our appetizer served and get handed 4 dirty plates to eat on. Meanwhile next to us the other couple is sending a salad back because it has rotten lettuce in it. After waiting for another 10 min for clean plates we finally eat this part of our meal. After waiting another 20 min we get up to leave and pay of our pickles and drinks because we still dont have a pizz. As were leaving the come rushing out of the kitchen with a pizza and try to apologize. They did comp our drinks and appetizers and gave 50% off the pizza but if I would have know the pizza was going to have wilted lettuce and tomato and more grease then a micky ds floor I wouldnt of paid for that either! All and all a horrible experience and absolutely disgusting food!

Wow the service is terrible!!! Arrived with a party of 6 and there was a wait. Everyone was starving and there were empty tables so we asked if there was a wait if we split into 4 and 2 and were told they could seat us but wouldnt as we came in as a party of 6. I asked if we walked out the door and came back in as 2 parties could they seat us. Again said they didnt like to do that. We reckon they just dont like to seat customers based on that response. We had visitors with us from Europe who have found Colorado extremely friendly and fun until this moment ... creekside you managed to be the smudge in an otherwise perfect trip. I know people only leave either amazing or bad reviews and Im definitely feeling disgruntled but we were all genuinely surprised at the poor customer service here when our experience in Colorado has been so positive everywhere else we went. Would love to have had the chance to give a better review but instead will be posting it for somewhere else.

Walked in and waited about seven minutes for anyone to greet us to seat us - meanwhile other servers were just walking by us standing there without greeting us. Finally were taken to a table took another ten minutes before the waitress came by just for a drink order, and she had to move silverware and condiments from another table to ours as it wasnt prepared. We told her waters to drink and were ready to order, but she said "wait, let me bring you the waters first and then Ill get your order." After about eight more minutes we still had no waters and just walked out as we couldnt imagine how long it might take to actually get food. They appear to be extremely short staffed and must be run by bad management. TLDR: After 25 minutes, we didnt even receive our drinks yet, much less order. As a customer, you must wait on them rather than the other way around.

Being a frequent customer at the wild wood casino in cripple creek, I thought my family and I would enjoy our meal at your location in manitou springs. However, this was not the case. Holly the hostess who is a customers first interaction with your business, was a representation I would not expect of a wild wood establishment. First we asked to seat ten she said " I cant do that". We ask why and she tells us its "a new policy groups of more than eight are not permitted on the patio". So our group being two separate families asked to be seated separately on the patio. Again "I cant do this its too hard on our servers". While looking at your menu this policy isnt posted, we were literally the first people through the door and space on the patio was not limited. Hollys attitude is a detriment to your establishment.

Run! Do not walk..as far away from Creekside Cuisine as you can get. They have a zillion servers but no one gets served. The kitchen is full of people but no food is being prepared. They are out of just about everything listed on the menu. It took over an hour to get any food - and that food was inedible. The guacamole, salsa and mustard are all the same shade of rancid brown. Under-cooked pizza with zero flavor is served with none of the toppings listed on the menu (were out of that is their mantra for all items listed on the menu). How can anyone screw up nachos? If you are feeling brave and have a cast iron stomach you can find out for yourself. Seriously - just close the doors. There is no cuisine to be had creekside. It is an epic fail on all levels.

The food was great. The service was terrible. We sat outside. It started raining. Tried to move the tables two feet over the awning. Hostess was rude about fire hazards. I get it. But totally unhelpful about us getting wet. One of our plates came out 20 minutes after the rest. We were done eating by the time the last plate came out. Waiter didnt acknowledge it. I told him the service was bad. Walked away and told me hed get the general manager. Kept calling me buddy. General manager never came out. Waiter told me they were slammed and the manager was in the kitchen. They werent slammed. Looked like at least 50% of the tables were open. Again, food was good. Service was terrible. When you go to a restaurant, you are paying for both food and service.

I would love to tell you about the food but I cant. When I got there with my party of 6 they said they needed about five minutes to seat us which was no problem. 20 minutes later they wouldnt even look me in the eye. However the pretty young people that came after us were continuously updated. I asked how much longer was again told 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I asked again at this point we could of gone anywhere else and eaten the hostess snapped at me and kicked me out of the restaurant. I may of been middle aged and not as pretty as the people paid attention to but I was $100+ ticket that this restaurant lost. I would fire the hostess as she was clearly prejudice against older not so pretty people.

Took us 40 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered, our waitress told me they were out of French fries (which came with my meal) and then gave me a plate with French fries?? Just bad communication amongst the staff. One waitress by us dropped about 5 glasses and began sweeping it up then left for about 10 minute and left behind a pile of glass in the middle of the walkway on the patio. The staff was also swearing at each other, our waitress complained to us about a table she didnt wait on that was complaining about another waitress? It was just really bad. Wont be returning, I advise anyone considering to not go here

Disappointed with the steak. It was not cooked as ordered (asked for med and it was well done) and the waitstaff said that the restaurant did not have any steak knives because the steak was recently added to menu. They did not have any steak sauce when requested either. I am always hesitant to complain so I enjoyed my company and ate the meal anyway...with my butter knife...as the atmosphere was nice. Our server was kind and apologetic. The tip was definitely for her service not for the quality of food. With so many choices of good quality food, i will pass on this place next time i am in town.
