The manager at this place is very unpleasant to say the least. Every year I receive a $10 gift card from our HOA as I miss the volunteer breakfast that they have at this restaurant. I had saved up two of the gift cards from the past 2 years as I never have an occasion to go there. I went today with my mom and the waitress came back saying one of the cards was "invalid." I asked to speak to the manager and this guy comes over saying that if the card is over a year old it expires. I point out matter-of-factly, that there is no expiration date of any kind written on the card, so how is one supposed to know that? He says that maybe he can investigate later how much the card has on it, clearly wanting me to pay the amount. I insist that he needs to honor the value of the card as people paid their hard earned money for it. If hes going to have an expiration policy, it needs to be printed on the card. After resisting for several minutes he finally agrees and walks off in a huff. I will never go back to that restaurant and I will tell the HOA to patronize another place. **take note that this is the third review where the manager is negatively mentioned.

Today was our first time trying this restaurant. We were at Aspen Grove to see a friend and we saw this location and decided to give it a try. OH HOLY MOLEY!!! This restaurant is BEYOND AMAZING!!! The atmosphere is so warm, so welcoming and so clean. The staff are really friendly and the food ... Out of This World delicious. This restaurant is pure Heaven on Earth. Our server today was a lady named Becca and I have to say ... ABSOLUTE BEST SERVER!!! She is so incredible. Angel on Earth is a good description for Becca. So sweet, so kind, so ON IT!!! It is so extremely rare to find a server as AWESOME as Becca. We are definitely going back. Its going to be a long drive, at least an hour for us, but ... we are definitely going back many times in the future. For food that good and service that AWESOME ... Oh Yes!!!

Its okay. Waitress said they make their own hollandaise, but its knorrs or the like. Not a big deal, but I would have ordered something besides the benedict. Foods okay, and the owner seemed to be fine to me on the days we were there. I want to like this restaurant better as its right in my backyard, there are lots of regulars and they seem to like it, but I didnt find anything compelling to make me want to come back. I have only eaten breakfasts here, so maybe the lunch/dinner is better. Service was good, and the prices are ok.

Lunched there for the first time today. The interior is top-notch with a great ambiance so we had great expectations. Not a great experience. The complimentary bread was old and stale. My beef stroganoff was stew-like and was served with penne pasta instead of egg noodles! My friends fried Monte Cristo looked and tasted like it was prepared beforehand and was just reheated, dusted and served with a watered down raspberry jam and potato chips!? Very nice place but the food, not so much.

The food wasnt bad but the man running the place made the atmosphere terrible. He stood at the back shouting instructions at the staff as if it was everyones first day. The hostess barely had menus in her hand before he yelled which table to seat at. Every employee managed to keep a smile but were clearly frustrated. He even shouted instructions while we were being asked how the food was. We wont be going back.

Some of the reviews shock me. Of course its more expensive than McDonalds or IHOP for breakfast but its real food. You can taste the freshness. The hashbrowns arent greasy, the eggs are fresh tasting, the meat isnt frozen. If you want fresh non frozen and a neighborhood bistro, this is for you. This place is delicious French food. The owner is very kind and helpful. I will be back I love this place.

Had a breakfast burrito which should have been called a hash-brown burrito, mostly potatoes and totally flavorless. The Restaurant name reflects a French flair however the coffee is best described the way the French refer to American coffee; jus de chaussette. The translation means sock juice! For the price, I could have eaten at McDonalds three times and had less indigestion.

This is a quiet, slightly upscale diner with a significant event room on the side and a small outdoor patio. The clientele was mostly older, at least during a weekday, and the food was good standard fare. I particularly liked it as an easy place for conversation with good service that was neither rushing nor rushed.

Disappointed with service. Had to ask to see wine menu. Had to ask for dessert menu. The food was good but they were out of bread for Monte Christo. Coffee drink was off. Not good experience. Had two previous positive experience but this time took 2 others with us.

Food was, as my girlfriend described it, retirement home quality. It kind of makes sense since only people over the age of 70 were eating there when we went. The food tasted like Stouffers microwave meals and cost five times the price. Do not go if you like food.

Out of towner who was looking for a non chain place to have lunch. This place was perfect. Superb choices and food was fresh and delicious. When back in town, this will be my first stop. Owner was kind and walked around greeting customers.

service every time I go! Dunno, but can you imagine trying to get ahold of google, much less the right branch and ask them to clear up their map on this one out of 5trillion addresses?

Might have been interested in going again, but the owner gave me the impression Im an idiot for suggesting that they be properly listed on Google. Wont darker their door again.

First time here. My breakfast was flavorless, coffee weak. Service nice but very generic. Will not be back, too many good places to choose from.
