Hosts were good but mine and my husbands server "victoria" (yes I bothered to remember her name cause thats just how bad she was) was very unprofessional. it took her five minutes just to bring us our drinks and when she came to talk to us she smelt like booze and had a very arrogant attitude like she did not want to be there let alone serve us her paying customers. Finally my husband had enough of it and flagged down a gentleman named joey in a white shirt that said captain dont know if that meant he was a manger or not but anyways he was more than willing and helpful he assisted us in moving to another table in a different section he apologized for any inconvenience and even offered to take over. He brought us our food and plenty of refills on our drinks offered us beer samples as well as sauce samples he even got us to play a game called Wingo on their tablets which was surprisingly fun. We offered to tip him which he did not accept. That to me and my husband showed us that he truly cared about us and took his job serious. If I could rate just the service we were given by him I wouldve put 5 stars but I put 4 due to the horrible service we had initially. Buffalo wild wings should really teach their servers to have better people skills cant speak for all of them but one bad apple ruins the whole tree. Me and my husband however do look forward to returning.

Let me just start with saying this is the first time Ive ever left a written review for a restaurant. But I feel I should let everyone know that my experience here was amazing. What makes it amazing u might ask ? Well the food and drinks were good of course but I witnessed something that truly touched my heart. I seen a young man personally walk a blind man to his table and help him sit down he allowed the blind man to hold onto him the whole way while guiding him as well as helping give him verbal instructions. This young man had a large beard with a lot of tattoos. But what shocked me even more was the level of care this young man took to make this blind man feel welcome. From what me and my family could see the young man sat down with the man and had a full on conversation with him. When he was done the same young man helped walk him back outside Im assuming to a cab. It was truly special to see this young man take the initiative to help it really spoke volumes about him and his general care for his guests the same young man later on came to our table to ask how everything was going and if their was anything he could help with . Buffalo Wild wings should feel proud that they have people like this young man employed here. Needless to say after what I witnessed I will never go to another buffalo wild wings except for this one.

Placed a togo order here yesterday at around 9:30pm. Simple order, a wrap and a side of onion rings. Girl on the phone says 10-15 minutes. My boyfriend gets there to pick it up at 9:45 and it wasnt ready, okay it happens. 10:15 rolls around and Im wondering whats taking so long because its just wrap. My boyfriend says the girl went "to check in the back of its done" a few times and when 10:45 comes around obviously hes annoyed. So she goes back there and comes out to say that shes so sorry that "they didnt send her the ticket saying its ready" and she hands him his food. What bothers me most about this, is that 1) she handed us hour old food without offering to remake it or compensate. 2) she obviously didnt actually check to see if the good was done when she went back there. She went to the back multiple times in this hour and 15 minute, was she too lazy to just look and see the food sitting there? And after that long of a wait wouldnt actually check if its there instead of lying to us? I just cant get over the laziness and the fact that she was like "oops sorry here is your hour long food that I could have checked in long ago" Never ordering from here again

I have bumped my review up to three stars for the time being. Within 5 minutes of me posting my reviews and emailing them through their online contact us, a manager had called me and was apologizing and asking about the situation. He elaborated that what happened was most certainly not their take on customers and was very accommodating. I guess my final review will hinge on our return visit, but this shows some initiative for sure. ________________________________________ I will change my review in the future if management actually cares to take care of their customers. We placed a online order 3-4 hours in advance, to be picked up at 7:50pm. We were told after waiting 20 minutes that dining in customers take priority over to-go orders, and as a result there was still a 50 wing order in front of ours. We did not leave the store until 8:30pm, 40 minutes after our pickup time. I have also complained to the corporate company on this. This location has some serious issues with customers and their service. I would recommend going to another BWWs or even another place to eat entirely, at least until they can figure this problem out.

Just tried the new BWWs. I was glad they opened a spot close to my place and went there for the only thing I eat there... The buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Started with a beer at the bar and the service was great. Friendly server and the place is nice and clean. When the wrap came out though, it looked like a mini version of the wrap I normally order. Looking closer, it is missing the tomatoes and the ranch. The buffalo ranch chicken wrap does not have ranch on it. So I got a wrap that is easily half the size of a normal wrap from BWWs and is missing 2 key ingredients. I mention this to the server who really wants to let them make it again. I was pressed for time and also having worked in restaurants for years, I elected not to "send it back" knowing what happens when you do that. She brought me a side of ranch, which helped but my biggest beef was the size of the wrap and the amount of buffalo chips. Left hungry and disappointed. Great service, so Id come back for beers and a game, but would eat somewhere else first. Most likely though, Ill just stick with Bout Time. Their food is always fantastic.

I gave one star because the food was fine. We had a certain server who was just completely rude the whole time. When he had already brought all the drinks and had mentioned that our appetizers where almost ready but didnt say anything about the chocolate milk we had ordered for our son. So my wife simply asks "and his chocolate milk?" To which he replies with attitude "do you want me to take your order or go get the drink?" Okay whatever we continue to be polite to the gug all while hes ignoring anytime we say thank you. The worst part was when the server had the nerve to come up to my sister in law and ask if we planned on paying?! My wife is a server herself and could never justify asking someone that or treating someone that way. Bad day or not. Needless to say I will never go back there.
