I have worked here in years prior. I visit here somewhat often and it seems that it has been going down hill with the way the employees treat the customers. I know the company highly values excellent customer service and when I visited the first week of December to dine in with my family, I was taken back at the attitude employees had shown toward us. The majority of the employees there are ones that I am unfamiliar with as the staff has changed much since my time there. When the food was delivered to my familys table, I politely said "Thank you," as usual, and obviously knowing how the company works, I expected some sort of response, even a "My pleasure." I didnt even get that. I said "Thank you!" once more and the runner/server who I believe may have been named Megan (blonde) completely ignored my family and I after each of us had thanked her multiple times. She did not speak a word, did not make eye contact, she did not ask if we needed anything else, never even smiled, and took our colored marker cup, dumped the sauce containers all over the table and walked away. I was very disappointed in her behavior. Its understandable if shes having a bad day, but please do not take it out on the innocent customers. If you dont want to speak, please at least nod with a smile on your face so we feel acknowledged for being gracious of you, instead of being completely ignored. Later I had gone to the side of the counter to get some extra sauces for my table and was behind a woman waiting for two refills. She was served immediately, but once she was I ended up waiting for probably 3 solid minutes just standing there waiting. Im not coming up to to the counter for my health or to stare at the wall, so obviously I am a customer with a question or need (which is typically where the customers go when they need something). I know the rule of thumb is that if youre not serving another customer or preparing the food, and you see a customer in need, youre supposed to put down what youre doing and serve them. A shift leader stood near by, looked at me waiting multiple times and said nothing, instead just continuing to talk with another employee, and normally theyre the first to jump to assistance. The same girl who waited our table looked at me a few times and once again ignored me and stocked sauces under the counter with another employee who also acknowledged my presence and continued to ignore me. Finally, someone asked what they could do for me and I asked for "five sauces, please," and she handed me two and walked away before I could repeat myself to ask for a couple more. It seems that the employees working on this particular evening were very unhappy, or just careless. They treated me and my family with disrespect which is something I wouldve never seen happening at an establishment built and known for the fantastic customer service. I have had little not so great experiences at other locations but this was a first for the Loveland Chick-fil-A and I am very saddened and disappointed.

I went to Chick-fil-A for the first time and am sad to say I was not very pleased with my experience. The place was very busy for lunch, which I can understand. My family and I had walked in and stood behind the crowd of people getting their orders taken. One gentlemen said he could help whoever was next, which was us, but we werent ready. Clearly, we were standing in the back starring at the menu. Not even a 20 seconds later he says it again along with the female working next to him and they both looked right at us as we said we still werent ready yet. By time we were finally ready, another female working a register waved us over. My mom started ordering first. And all of a sudden the same gentlemen who had called out to us was right in front of my face saying he could take my order. I felt rushed and started to say what Id like, then he told me, "I can help you at the register down here," which was on the other end of the counter. I was annoyed at this point. I walked around all the people to get to the other side and the gentleman proceeded to rush me through me order. I understood that they were busy and trying to get through everybody as fast as possible. But I find it rude to rush people, especially when it was my first time and I wanted to make sure I got something I enjoyed. The food was ok. Not the greatest though.

Every single time I go in they get my order wrong and I end up driving away, getting all the way home before noticing. This time with be the 8th time theyve completely screwed up my boyfriend and Is order. We ordered one sandwich, two fries and nuggets w chick fil a sauce. We ended up getting two sandwiches (which both said dine in when we were driving through) no chick fil a sauce. One nugget and only one fry. I dont live in Loveland, so going back and wasting gas is just waste all together..Im going to go back in tomorrow and talk to a manager and hopefully someone is kind enough to make up for it because it really shouldnt be that hard to get a simple order right when you have about 10 people working at a time.

Terrible service today. On the way to DIA for flight decided on chic fil a drive thru because normally pretty quick service. As a passenger I ordered a salad to eat on the ride down and got my salad but no utensils to eat the salad with. Maybe as you are focusing on getting people through there as quickly as possible you should be EFFICIENT in doing so. Spent $8 on the salad that will be eaten. Terrible I as a customer should not have to remind the drive through employee that I need a fork to the salad with. Seriously!! Come on. Lesson learned will not stop there again. Perhaps a few seconds longer to take care of your drive through customers properly should be the focus of your next crew meeting!

Just got into town and was getting dinner for my wife and I after going to get diapers for our 5 month old. Walked in probably looked confused and dazed after a long day of travel. The manager and whole staff were as pleasant as could be. I had never had anything from here before since we dont have them back home in Michigan. He made a suggestion and took care of the rest. This is an unusual review to say the least but the little things make a huge difference and this staff was a huge difference

I have high expectations of this place that they consistently meet. I get fast service and the food always hot and fresh. This particular location is always looking for new ways to improve their customer service. They moved where their napkins and silverware, and condiments were in order to improve the line where customers wait for their order to be taken at the counter. They have the same great service in their drive thru too. In short, this is great fast-food restaurant to eat at.

Always fast, friendly service. During peak times, theyve got the drive-through down to a science--by the time you get to the window you be already paid, and you are handed your food. I deleted a star because of very loud, unruly children, whose mothers allowed this behavior. Did not allow for the pleasant, relaxing dining experience that I usually enjoy there.
