Absolutely terrible again. Order on line for the 3rd time and for the 3rd time showed up to pick up my oorder. Not there even with confirmation #. I had an 8:15 pick up got there early they said they havent received my order yet would get it about 8. So I wait for thirty minutes went in @ 8:16 to pick up still no order. I was upset you would think somebody would have check at 8 to make sure the order came in since I have had this same problem before. But no. I will never use this location ever again. No one seemed to care. Went to Papa Johns across the street within 10 minutes out the door with pizzas and the manger gave me a discount for my experience at pizza hut. Signed. Done with you!

Friendly Pizza Hut is always fresh and tastes better than most Pizza Huts. We like the young kids that work there. Jennifer is awesome. Keep up the good work. Your going to go far in life Jennifer. We sit in car and eat it because we find it much better than waiting for delivery. You need paper plates and forks. Would be a nice touch. Keep it up guys good job. Worst pizza hut Ive ever dealt with. They lied about my pizza. Charged me for a taco pizza and then when it was delievered late, I open it to find just chicken on my pizza. Called the manager for her to tell me she can give me 10 bucks off next order. Now if I was on hold for 10 mins just to order. My food was late. Got charged for stuff I didnt get. N the brownies so dry my kids wont touch them, tell me why Id ever go back. My family is so disappointed. And Ive never given anything a bad review. What a joke.

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. It was twenty minutes late. The sticks were the worst mozzarella sticks Ive ever eaten. And the pizza.... It was cold, all smushed to the side, and it looked like it was cut by a two year old. I will not be eating the pizza here ever again. The only decent thing at this place is the cookie, which I could make myself. So back to Dominos I go, its just too bad they dont have stuffed crust.

Ordered online for us to pick up at the store. Online it said that it would be ready at 6:36pm got there and was told it would be an additional 5 minutes. Waited until 7:05pm for our pizza to actually be ready. We were told they would give us a credit, but actually charged us the full price. Then when we got home our "pan pizzas" were hand tossed. So frustrating! We will not be ordering from them again!

Called to place an order of pasta for my family and asked if it met the delivery minimum and they didnt know. I herd them asking several different employees if they knew none of them knew. The guy on the phone started getting aggravated and started saying rude gestures to the employees on the phone. Very unprofessional, needless to say we ended up not ordering with them and ate Dominos instead.

After already having a bad experience at this Pizza Hut. We were forced by children to buy the ninja turtle pizza. After ordering online and calling ahead to make sure our order would be ready, we arrive only to not have our order ready! Second time in a row. Every other person here is waiting for their order or having the wrong order fixed. How am I the first to write a review like this?

this place doesnt deliver 4 miles away because its a dead zone lol but boriello brothers will deliver 5 miles further than pizza hut is from me. along with every other pizza chain, dominoes & papa johns. Just comical especially when your pizza chain is falling apart but guess thats the way america is going. piss poor and lazy. hope your store loses its ass.

I ordered $40 worth of pizza and all of it came out brunt. The bread sticks were hard as a rock, my daughters personal pan was so burnt she couldnt eat it. Ive been emailing the store and even taking surveys but no one seems to bother replying. So till my situation gets fixed its poor food, poor service and I will NOT recommend folks ordering from this one.

We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years, but the last several orders have been very poor. We always order extra sauce and cheese, and it seems they mistake this and give us less sauce and cheese than what would be on a normal pizza. Our order tonight finished it off, they burnt the pizza. We will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I was stuck here for a few days in this hotel and the first time I ordered from them they messed up my order a little bit but the next night when I went to go order they more than made it right! In this day and age people that really take pride in their work are extremely hard to find but these guys definitely get a 5-star rating from me!

As Im typing, I have been sitting in this store waiting for my order that I called in over an hour ago for thirty minutes. One of the employees have been coming out every ten minutes saying "itll be right out". In the meantime I hear laughter and what sounds like goofing off. Becoming very antsy. Get it together Pizza Hut.

This place is garbage called and they put me on hold I can hear them talking crap in the background so I decided to call back again they told me to hold and never got to put my order in but yet I can hear them answer other callers and placing orders for them but yet was left on hold.

Our favorite pizza is on the hand tossed crust with pepperoni, hamburger, tomato, mushroom, jalapeño and black olive. We like it best reheated in a hot convection oven so the crust is crusty and awesome. Our guests raved about it and asked for the ingredient list.

I am not typically a fan of Pizza Hut because Im from Jersey and lets face it pizza from Jerseys hard to beat however they do a pretty good job as far as Pizza Huts goes the staff is friendly and they havent messed up any of my orders.

This particular Pizza hut is very stingy with the pizza toppings. A large pizza slice should have more than 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. No big deal if this just happened once. Unfortunately it has happened twice at this location.

Well I placed order online to have it delivered. Well I went to store to try to pick up. There was a mix up our part. Well they fixed it at the store. Even though it was our fault. And the man kept apologizing. Way to go pizza Hut.
