...come back for everything else. Great spot. Some miss the gooey style cinnamon rolls of the locations predecessor, and I do too. But frankly, the Crane Hollow Cafe rolls beat them hands down- not gooey, but flavorful, moist, and perfectly cooked every time. As superior as they are, they are still more economical than any of those dried out hockey pucks from the Longmont grocery stores. Go figure... Easily the best spot in the area to have a great breakfast at prices that would be hard to beat at home, without the hassle. Never crowded, and I cant figure out why not. They just dont advertise.

I stopped in one day out of curiosity. Oh my gosh! The food is wonderful and it is a great little place to eat and to meet the locals.Down home cooking with plenty of choices. Great side salads and take-out dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The desserts are divine. No matter where you live in the area...you need to stop here. Great breakfasts and coffee drinks. And very nice people own this restaurant. Im going to be a very loyal customer!

Loved the homey vibe and friendly staff! The food was delicious and we appreciated the chefs flexibility and veg options. The restaurant runs at a very leisurely pace, so I wouldnt stop if your short on time, but with the warm atmosphere and gorgeous artwork (check out the gallery next door) its a great spot for breakfast! Shoutout to Nancy for being a great waitress (:

The staff was very accommodating. They helped us rearrange the seating on their deck so we could watch/be close to our dogs. They brought the dogs water bowls and when a server accidently spilled water on one of party, he compd her entire meal. Oh yeah, and the food was INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend the huevos rancheros which are not on the menu.

I stopped here for coffee and pie during a long and hot bike ride. I sat on the balcony at the back and really liked the family atmosphere of the place. The waitress and the owner, Debbie, were very friendly and interested and the coffee and home made apple pie were yummie. It was a breeze riding back to Boulder after this lovely stop in Hygiene!

Delicious food. Good price. Friendly service throughout meal. They had a good morning ready to go as soon as we walked in. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends. I got the veggie scramble with goat cheese and it was plenty along with yummy. My fiance got the eggs Benedict and enjoyed those too.

Went there with family! The food was so very good I would have to go back again! The service is usually hectic and mistakes seem to happen a lot, seemed very unprofessional! The food is just too good thats its still worth the quirky service, Im serious, their food is Mmmmm!!!

The food is good, but watch out if you are lacto-veggie. The huevos rancheros has meat in the green chili, but it doesnt say anything about it on the menu. Nice local place. We used to bicycle there from Boulder, but it was called the Hygiene Café back then.

Pros: good pie Cons: overpriced, unfriendly service, corned beef hash is actually ham and potatoes, overcooked eggs and really terrible coffee. There are better restaurants in Longmont or Boulder. I do not suggest you waste your money here.

Excellent location for a quaint eatery. Went in for a Sunday brunch but discovered that only breakfast was available. Prices a wee bit high for the quality of food and service was less-than-stellar.

Friendly staff. Delicious pies and pastries. Breakfast specials are especially noteworthy and reasonably priced. Limited seating but still relatively undiscovered so not crowded [05-15-09].

Disgusting food. Burned eggs and fatty bacon. This place has charm but the food is horrible and coffee is the worst. Barely edible

Great little hole-in-the wall cafe in Hygiene. Awesome breakfasts. No air-conditioning... so pick your day to visit!
