The owner is rude, unpleasant, and greedy. Its a gaming store that wont allow outside food or drink because the owner wants to rip you off with an overpriced and terrible coffee shop he runs in the store. I had a friend who did not know the crazy rules and brought a coffee to a morning tournament and got there fairly early. The owner told him he at least had to put the coffee in an Enchated Realms cup so "No one would know you dont like my terrible coffee," a direct quote form the owner. He will blatantly lie to customers about the nature his restaurant licence to try to justify his greedy and despicable behavior, including searching your personal effects upon entering this location. Incredibly unprofessional staff and environment. Had an RPTQ there for magic and there wasnt even a round timer. You should not be able to make money by being terrible to your client base and lying to customers. I strongly suggest no one ever visit this store if you dont have to.

Cant say whats wrong with John except that hes an ignorant moron who doesnt know what day it is nor how to spell "business". Plus, if his experience with all other employees was good, then why does he give the location only 1 star? A little more detail why his experience was as horrific as he implies might be helpful. I have been to Enchanted Grounds (both locations) multiple times and have enjoyed the experience every time. The owner is very nice, the coffee is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and they get tons of business, so clearly other people also think pretty highly of them too.

Awesome location to hang out with friends and play some games. Staff are friendly, drinks are good, and the environment is lively and welcoming. The other patrons are usually pretty friendly as well and are happy to let you join them for a game or just watch and learn something you havent played before. Would highly recommend Enchanted Grounds to anyone who enjoys table top games.

Friendly place that really just wants you to relax and have a good time. Its awesome that the game rentals are free and there are no requirements as to how long you stay and how much you buy. Drinks are tasty. I havent been to any of their events but think its awesome they have some things you can be a part of. Very chill place!

Fantastic place to catch a game and a good conversation with both the employees and the community. I was visiting from Chicago and enjoyed a diverse community of friendly welcoming gamers. The staff was great to talk with, fun, knowledgeable and really on top of service. If i was local Id be a regular in a heart beat!

This is a great place to hang out after school, after work, or even after a long day at work. Or you could hang here just to get a treat and work! This is a fun, satisfying, and quiet place. They have great board games, card games, and sometimes activities! I recommend the steamers! Overall great place!

Wonderful place. If youre into board games and role-playing, its an amazing place. If youre just looking for a comfy place to have coffee and snacks or a meeting, it works great for that too. Friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this place.

Unable to give 6 stars, big disappointment. Ive been here about 8 times, very good coffee, and lots of cool stuff to look at. The staff is ridiculously friendly and the patrons are fun too! Hands down the best place to meet friends for coffee!
