Recently I left the café with a takeout order for $33 plus a $2 tip. They did not send hash browns with both of my orders of country fried steak and eggs. I called and was told that my wife did not request the side that comes with it so it was not added. I tried to explain how to be a waitress (being I used to be a server myself) in that a server explains the sides of their dishes. She was even ruder and persistent about it being my wife’s fault. I went to pick up my two orders of hash browns and yet still the same lady was neither humble or customer friendly. When I asked to speak to the manager. She said “I am the owner.” I was blown away. She then gave me the hash browns right away. As I was leaving to get to my now cold food. I decided it was odd and tried them almost to my car. They tasted about 15-20 minutes old. I am a potato fanatic and a decent cook. I know they were not made within the 5 minutes it took me to get there. I decided to return the food. I went back again and she said she would refund my money. Still placing blame on my wife for not asking for a side without being prompted to. I said “you don’t like to be wrong do you?” She replied “Neither do you.” So I added “what happened to the customer is always right?” I got back “The customer isn’t always right.” Then threatened me for slander and said I cant curse at people which I did not in her restaurant. She took a picture of my license plate. I like their food but I have never been disgraced and treated so badly by any other person in any other restaurant including that one. I have been to some bad ones. Where is the 0 star selection?

I live .25 miles from this Diner and Ive always been here for breakfast. The food is basic but solid, Ive never had a bad food item here. "Oh, but the atmosphere..." The waitress brings her son to work, the woman behind the register looks 90 years old. Same employees for the last 2 years. They kinda act like youve interrupted their day for some reason, like this is their living room and theyre not sure youve been invited. Most of the customers here are over 55 and white, many of them are "regulars", and many of them are in bad health. True story, I was in Littleton Cafe yesterday. Behind me (I never looked at them, only listened) was Sneezy the 50 year old woman, and her mother, One-Foot-On-A-Banana-Peel, who sounded like she was on respiratory care. They wheezed and sneezed in the booth behind me, while I leaned forward and tried to shield my food from them... Sneezy, the 50 year old, is apparently on her phone.. "Im reading the Google Reviews for this place.. Lots of comments about the atmosphere in this place...." And there, you have it. Thats been my experience just about everytime I go there.. Food is fine, but oh, that atmosphere.. just like a hospital waiting room!

I read some other positive reviews on the food and decided to try. It is a small town feel type of diner that has a selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices at all times. I ordered the 1/2 lb. burger with cheese and onion rings. I love old fashioned slightly greasy burgers. This one did not disappoint. I tried a bite of the patty melt on rye bread and grilled onions. Also amazing. I gave the place 4 stars since I havent tried more items on the menu. The service was fast and friendly. We received multiple refills on our drinks without asking. I would recommend this place to eat when visiting Littleton.

I use to love this place because its close to my house and fast but this place has gone down hill recently. Just picked up an order to go that was supposed to be 2 scrambled eggs and received 1 burnt scrambled egg. I ordered country potatoes that cost $3 and received like half of a handful of potatoes. The gravy and biscuits I received was also ice cold. I will never return to this place again!! If you want a good breakfast cafe go to Toast down the street because they will actually cook your food correctly and give you the portions you paid for.

The older lady was extremely rude. I called to place an order for pick up and she sounded annoyed from the second she picked up the phone, was very snappy, and didnt ask how I wanted anything. So I had to call back. When I went to pick up my food she, again, seemed very annoyed to be helping me or to be ringing anyone out and threw my card down after without saying anything. The manager seemed very helpful and was very friendly and the food is good but I dont know if Ill be returning after such poor customer service.

Great little overlooked greasy spoon diner. Much more low key and dressed down than one of the hotter brunch spots like Snooze or Breakfast on Broadway, though it still feels plenty warm and inviting. Quick and attentive servers, cheap food with big portions, and a big menu. Food is average to a bit above average. If youre looking for a big comfort meal without having to undergo the same competition that youd find at one of the more hip brunch spots, this is a really nice place.

The staff have always been nothing but great. This is the type of place where they seem to know most of the customers and the customers have regular orders. There is a good reason for this and that alone made me want to go back. Plus, its one of the only places in Denver and surrounding areas that when I ordered coffee to warm my hands, I was glad it was drinkable as well. Highly recommend!

Littleton Cafe has a wide variety on their menu, but specializes in Mexican food and all-day breakfast. Its fast, friendly, handicap-accessible, and very affordable. They serve a wide demographic with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Its great for a casual dinner with friends. Its very much like a neighborhood diner, but with its own unique character!

Very friendly, welcoming full service restaurant for casual dining. Well-located with plentiful parking, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, with beer and liquor available. Prices are very reasonable. Food is usual diner offerings but very well cooked and presented by seasoned professional Chef Eric, and promptly served. Definitely worth a visit.

Decent breakfast for a biz meeting or to spend some time with your mom or family. Service is friendly, food prep from order to table is quick. Coffe is always fresh and hot. Prices very reasonable. This is a decent clean place to eat a few steps above fast food. Its not fancy, hut its worth a try. You will be sure to return. I know I do.

The staff at the Littleton Cafe are fantastic!! They serve great food at a great price. They are welcoming to those who are on the fringe of society, treat them with dignity, and ensure they leave with food in their belly. They have thrived in a location that has seen much turnover. Two forks up!!

Fantastic atmospheric, great people, and great prices. My waitress said it was her first day but her service was marvelous. Its my second time going there and just like the first time, they accomplished to impress me. The food is really good, Id definitely recommend this place to anyone.
