I am a coffee lover and i did love going here alot until a few months ago i was put on a medication where i cant have caffeine it makes me sick.. So i started doing decaff so i can still have my coffee flavor. 3 times now they messed up and gave me caffeine even with me double checking and this last time it made me very sick. My mom called to complain because i was so sick and the manager said sorry and maybe i shouldnt drink coffee anymore And that sometimes espresso beans get into the decafe. They dont even care how important it is for someone on medications to not have caffeine. And how dare they say i shouldnt drink coffee when its my only addiction and ny only reward to myself. I wont be going here anymore.. No other coffee shop has been so careless with this issue.. They always make sure i get the right one unlike caribou. I spent so much money here every week.. Its not worth being that sick over.. No more chances!

Lovely little place, the coffee is surprisingly good as well. It is the anti-Starbucks. The coffee here is well balanced and almost creamy compared to Starbucks overly acidic, hollow and charred blends. The atmosphere is very nice and fits well with the style of Colorado and the west with a lot of natural elements, large beam (faux) construction, fireplace and comfy leather chairs. The food is certainly good on its own and great for coffee house fair. The amount of "healthier" options vs the usual pastries is refreshing. All in all this place serves a great cup of Joe, offers good food, and has a wonderfully relaxing environment to enjoy your beverage if you so chose to.

This service was horrible. buy one get one on fathers day and instead of comping a latte they comped a jr chocolate milk!? then as my son waited at the door very patiently I was told that he bit a piece of caramel and I had to pay for it!!!? .64 cents for a piece of caramel thats as big as a quarter is just stupid they should have wasted that out and thrown it away. I had my eye on my child and he never touched it. when I asked about why a latte did not get comped and a $2 milk did they said that is just how it is I cant do anything for you. I will not go to this store again. The staff was rude, and made me pay for a gross piece of caramel that I threw in the trash.

I absolutely love this store. The coffee is top notch and the food is great. What keeps me coming back, however, is the service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They remember your drink (and you) and are always cognizant of your time. I can always make coffee at home, so personalized service is extremely important to keep me coming in. Coming to Caribou is an experience -- a fun atmosphere, supportive people, great products and a focus on you.

The drinks are great, but some of the workers do a better job. I go there often and many times the bathrooms are dirty or out of supplies. The mens room doesnt lock, and there are flies and cobwebs in the lounge area. The owners should keep a better eye on this since many times the employees just sit around and have their friends visit them at work while they could be taking better care of the place.

Coffee to go on a regular basis is expensive, but if Im going to put down the money, Ill come here. The service is fast, friendly, and youll quickly get to be on a first name basis. Great for studying, lounging, or just to pick up coffee on the way to work.

Fast service and sooo nice! The girl made a little too much, so she gave me a large instead of a medium. She made my sisters drink next and gave her a large because she wanted it to be fair! LOL Awesome service here. Thank you!!

Service varies slightly, but generally a nice staff. The Turtle Mocha and decent coffee beans keep me returning to Caribou. I like this location and 104th & Church Ranch for the atmosphere, if I need to meet someone.

The seating can feel a bit cramped at times and it is very hit or miss for outlet use. But coffee is good, service is friendly and there is a little outdoor space that is nice when its warmer
