I rated this store 5 stars last year because of the quality of the customer service as well as the food, but after today its going down to 1 star. We have been loyal customers for over a year and a half and have brought our dog Max with us to sit on the patio every other week when we would eat out here. We have done this since he was an 8 week old puppy and have seen a myriad of other dogs on the patio as well. Max is well behaved, sweet to everyone and always sits under our table while we eat. Today he had the pleasure of being pet by a few other restaurant patrons as they passed by him and complimented him on how well behaved he was. We sat on the patio for about 30 mins waiting on a friend and as soon as she showed up and we went to order, we were very rudely informed that dogs are not allowed on the patio. Had we been treated with respect in this incident, I wouldnt have changed my review and I would have understood and not brought him in the future, but the way the employee hissed at me about their no dog policy was unforgivable. Even the other patrons on the patio commented on his demeanor we left. This is the last time I will ever go to your establishment. You have lost 2 loyal customers. In the future, please use respect and kindness when informing your patrons of policies that arent posted anywhere and that people generally dont know about. One of the reasons we always came was because we could bring our dog. I guess well have to find another spot that has less animosity for furry friends.

I have been a loyal customer to every MM location for 4 years, despite the decline of 16th St (dingy and poorly managed), Boulder (20 minute wait time for one sandwich, consistently) and rude management in Broomfield (your sighs and annoyed attitude when I politely ask for something does not feel great). Upon walking up to the door in Lakewood, there was a sign that read "We will not be able to make pizzas or plates this evening." I turned to the group of people that I had reassured would LOVE MM because it had so many options. They had looked at the menu before we arrived to the restaurant so theyd be ready to order and they were now unable to get what they wanted. Such a disappointment. I know that things happen, but make a choice next time MM. If you close for the night you lose profits, I get it. But why cut off half the menu, lose profits, AND lose loyal customers, AND turn away first time customers?! Its infuriating. Im not sure if something has changed with corporate or management but something is definitely up. I am not a naggy customer and I am not hard to please. Once a week every week for 4 years is a lot of money. I wouldnt spend it if I didnt like the food. Get it together, MM.

Absolutely amazing service!! Come here about once a week and every single time they have been nothing but helpful. My girlfriend is gluten and dairy free -- they are so accommodating every time. Rarely do they make mistakes, but the few times that the order was wrong, they are quick to get you the correct order at no extra charge and sincerely apologize. Love the employees, love the service, and love the food! Best location! You will NEVER be disappointed when visiting Modern Market, Denver West. Please always tip as well because they go out of their way to make your experience flawless. Cheers!

Watch out for the big smell dumpster mere steps from the front door. It looked and smelled bad on a 50 degree day in April...I can hardly imagine how it will be on a 95-degree day in July. YIKES!!! (Hint to the management: There are a number of very good reasons why dumpsters are placed BEHIND most restaurants!) Needless to say, that unappetizing feature drove us down the strip mall a few doors to a different restaurant where we couldnt see or smell the dumpster.

Just not that great. I love healthy food, I came here at least 4 different times. But alas, the chips flat out suck, the spicy chicken sandwich, is a chicken salad sandwich, with a little amount of chicken piled in the center of it. The other chicken sandwich they make is good, but they have a very limited menu, its drink selection is limited as well. Given the other restaurants in the area for lunch, I had to take this on off my favorites list.

The tap water definitely needs lemonade because of a bad taste. Besides that, healthy tasty food. GF and DF(CF) and Vegetarian and Vegan labels on the menu. Salads are nice and large. If you have food sensitivities or are on a cleanse, this place is very accomodating. By the way this salsa Verde on the chicken breast plate is actually a very tasty chimichurri sauce. I like to add it to the Farmers Salad instead of the normal dressing.

Solid lunch time experience. Prices are fairly normal for a sandwich made with fresh ingredients. When choosing, we opted for the Seasonal items (knowing that if we came back, we can always try other items). Maple Dijon and Bacon Corn Pizza, both were sized quite large but you do get less meat on the sandwich than I would expect. Wonderfully balanced though. We will be going back when wanting a fresh meal in the area.

Great food and service! All ingredients are claimed to be Farm to Table... So Fresh and So Clean Clean! The menu will vary per location; theirwebsite will give you all the good details on your location. Delicious Toasted Sandwiches, Savory Brick Oven Pizza, Crisp Salads, Mouthwatering Soups & GoodOl Home-style Comfort Food!! YUM. Only thing I could suggest to improve is the option for some cold subs/sandwiches

Currently this store is adding random charges to the sub-total of every order. $9.50 salad plus $0.13 PIF equals $9.77. I am not math whiz but thats not right. I wonder how many people a day they are scamming. When I pointed it out to a manager he shrugged me off and suggested I submit feedback on their website. Instead, I got my money back and left. Very shady, wont be back.

Come for breakfast about every weekend coffee is always out! It takes so long to brew another batch that by the time its ready my food is cold or im already done eating. Talked to the manager he said hed begin having a backup already brewed and have an extra pot out on the weekends. Went for breakfast again out of coffee once again!

Horrible. Dirty kitchen area. Cold meat. Chicken tastes chalky. Its reheated food and they couldnt even heat it up to a decent temperature. Another gentleman complained of the same thing right after me. Manager sent the cashier over to apologize and give us a $5 off our next meal coupon. Not her job. Never going back.

I just waited 20 minutes for an $9 to-go pizza that came out burnt and smaller than most kids meals. There were literally no other customers, and 10 workers wandering around. What took so long? I dont know. The only reason they earned more than one star was because of their nice order-taker and modern design inside.

Pricey breakfast. Counter staff seemed unmotivated and uncertain about the menu. Ordered waffle and was told no waffles as they were out of eggs yet were serving eggs. Had the prosciutto and eggs. Forgot the prosciutto and then when asked to crisp it up instead of served cold and cured seemed put out with request.
