Went here and ordered my usual salad which is called "The Roman" and ordered it to go because I wanted to take it into the food court. When I got my salad it was a much smaller portion than I get at other mod markets, the chicken and bacon bits were minimal, and my bag didnt have a fork. When I asked for one they insisted that one was in there...then I noticed there were no sundried tomatoes on my salad which its supposed to include and I actually had to go back and ask about and they said "yeah were out Im sorry." No one told me beforehand, or offered me regular tomatoes. It was just a bummer and I spent $10.00 on a salad and it was one of the worst lunches I had in a while.

Menu hard to figure out. Also need pictures of food. When you are hungry, the last thing you want to do is struggle to figure out the dishes. Pizza was burned on bottom. Other one was slimy and doughy because of too many tomatoes. Returned pizza to the front. Cashier went to find approval for money back. Instead of comping the entire meal, they just did the pizza, and never asked what the issue was, and never offered to make things right. Ended up not eating. New store. Young people. No leadership to correct the situation. On the other hand, wifes salad was fresh and butternut soup was good. This is the only time we have eaten here, but its unlikely we will return.

Ordered the homestyle plate online. ordered asparagus and mashed potatoes as my sides. When i got home they gave me the wrong order. When i called they were barely apologetic when i explained what happened. They offered me nothing knowing i had to drive back there to pick up my correct order. Very disappointed and will never go back.

We have been here twice since their opening and have had good to great food both times. The Roma salad was excellent, as well as the chicken dinner. The only complaint so far is that the pizza crust is too thin but still is a good eat.

I was very happy to discover one of my favorite restaurants was at Southwest Plaza! I love the southwest salad with tofu (who knew tofu could be so amazing!)
