I had to give a star or I couldnt pit anything on here, with that being said. Its a shame how down hill Starbucks has gone. 9 xs out of 10 my drink is not right! Like today, I ordered a breve white mocha, after setting in line for 20 minutes I finally get to work. I took a drink and it was awful! Needless to say I pored it out. I was full of freaking Carmel! O and it wasnt even full... This place is becoming a hugh joke.

My problem with this place is small, but its kind of a big deal if you spend any time inside the shop: Theres an *incessant* beeping/squeaking inside the store somwhere, seemingly coming from the back. I have no idea what this noise is...it sounds like a fire alarm or similar. Its not terribly loud, but it NEVER GOES AWAY. I dont know how the employees tolerate it. But I cant hang out here.

I love this place. I work overnights so I spend a lot of my days here. Everythings clean, the service is great, everyone always remembers my name and greets me like a friend. Great place to hang out and the drinks are always ON POINT. Drew, Tara, Kevin, and Matt are especially great, but really everyone who works there is absolutely fantastic and friendly.

I have been coming here for weeks and now Ive finally had it. I always go through drive and the staff is almost never friendly. I know what my drink is supposed to taste like and it never tastes right. To top it off, today my drink was only 2/3 full and absolutely no foam on top. Wont be coming back to this store.

The baristas at this Starbucks are really friendly and helpful. I went through the drive-through today and it was so fast. Most days I go in and order and it seems like it takes longer than the drive-through.
