Typically have a good experience here however this last time I went in they had a 20 minute wait to go through the drive through, couldnt take a debit card in store, and finally included condiments that were supposed to be left out on food and finally forgot include the sides that were supposed to be included with the meals I ordered. Tried to call upon arriving home and finding the mistakes and no one would answer. Called back again and got an answer, they offered to fix the items that were messed up. Doesnt really fix the issue though.

I would give this location a 0 if there was an option for that. It took us 25 min from the time we pulled up to the drive through until we got our food which was only 1 combo. The location was not busy at all and they had about 12 employees just standing around and talking to each other. The girl at the drive thru window was very rude. The soda was watered down so we had to go in and get a new one. The inside of this KFC is very dirty. We will never come back to this location!!!

The food was gross if I could give 0 stars I would. I got a chicken little sandwich, I pullled it apart and there was a dryed out nasty piece of chicken. They forgot my side of mashed potatoes and gravy that I was charged for... I am very disappointed in this location. I would not recommend it.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!! Order was incorrect the guy working the drive thru was RUDE almost dumped my drinks all over me never gave me a receipt, and didnt give me half my order... which without a receipt , I couldnt prove that! Never going back!!!!

Probably one of my worst experiences Ive had with a KFC. Food was cold customer service was ok I guess. I would definitely not come back ever but in my opinion all the kfcs in northern Colorado are just doing really poorly

Ordered Chicken tender meal special. Nothing special. suppose to be three chicken strips. Ended up getting one that looked like chicken. The other two I think were fried chicken skin. Worst Ive ever had at KFC.

Theres no other place to get the best fried chicken in an A&W atmosphere. Customer service is the best around. They really care. On site owners make all the difference.
