Cold food, order took 14 minutes and everything on my tray was cold. Restaurant was a mess, dirty tables, garbage on the floor. No staff in sight. I was told 7 minute into my order parties were being thrown down for me and not only came out pink but, yes, Also cold. Pretty amazing on how much attention the UPS delivery man got where I was ignored and Im a customer. Well, was. Thanks for the mad cow disease, youre the best and Ill never seen you again.

Saturday for a late lunch . The gal at the counter was a sad excuse for a customer service cashier !! We could not hear her when she spoke ! We went to sit down . There where two other tables being occupied with customers . ALL the other tables where dirty and trash on the floor . It was not busy at all . Three employees behind the counter . With no business even having jobs !!! Very poor customer service ! Very dirty

Service okay except self serve stations not stocked and clean. Table not clean and was sticky even on the rim. No one there seemed in charge of the dining area or to care about it. I was a bit early, but even after customers were coming in to eat, no one bother to clean the tables. Surely the budget allows for cleaning supplies and training.

Very Helpful and great food. I ran into to some question during my ordering and the management (man) was very patient and helpful. The Cashier(female) was very kind. My food came out super fast, accurate and delicious. Thanks again for helping me solve my silly coupon questions.

Website states open til 10pm. They closed and refused service to the car behind us. Got home and of coarse as usual, they forgot my large mac n cheese. Tried to call, no answer. My suggestion, do not go here. The drive thru always gets it wrong, and the dining room takes forever!

We had the best service Ive experienced in a long time! People were friendly and extremely customer service oriented. Great family restaurant, I plan on making this a regular night out with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone!

On two separate occasions, weeks apart, got the absolute worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich last night, almost late to my evening class. Love KFC, but this store isnt getting any of my business in the future.

The cashier that help me was very polite and helpful with the kids menu and my combo. So I brought an A & W mug to give as a Christmas gift... Elif was the one helping us. I will recommend this fast food place.
