Ok. Heres the deal. I worked at a Hut almost a decade ago. Pizza Hut was also a pretty big part of my childhood. I worked my ass off for that pizza hut, probably the hardest I ever worked for a company. I was only a shift manager, but I did a lot of the gms work with her and for her. I loved that place and I was super particular about everything being perfect 100% of the time. Yeah, well, that totally ruined pizza hut for me. The last 8 years have been this horrible wandering through life, rare and heartbreakingly disappointing pizza hut experiences. I wasnt sure what might become of me. When we moved to Golden, we decided to just give it a go, just in case. Well, thank god we did that, because order has been restored to the universe and all is right again. We have very particular dietary restrictions and have never encountered a problem with that at all. This is huge. This is monumental. We have problems almost everywhere we go. Every pizza weve ordered has been perfect. The dough is fresh. I can tell when the dough isnt fresh and its just like, the worst. But when its fresh, its got this great fluff to it. Ugh. God. Ok, so, I guess there is one little thing I might suggest. Break the breadsticks apart before you put em in the pan. Its a pain in the ass and it takes a little longer, but its worth it, they get fluffier & you should be cutting them to serve them anyways. (Ahem) anyways.. The service weve received every. single. time has just been, seriously exceptional. Every employee Ive encountered has had a smile and eager to help. And this includes the delivery drivers, too! Dine in pizza hut dinner holds a very special place in my heart, but I do wanna let you know Ive never had anything but courtesy and professionalism from the drivers, too! Always on time and always with a smile. Theyre all just wonderful. I really cant rave about them enough, customer service means everything to me and they are awesome. Thank you guys for everything, sorry were not up there more often.

So its a pizza hut. Everyone pretty much knows what to expect. But this location is particularly clean and has particularly friendly staff. They just seem to care. This pizza hut participates in a reading program for the local elementary schools that eventuates with a free pizza for successful completion. One of the staff members made such a big deal for our son when he brought in his ticket for a free pizza. Kind of a dumb thing really, but then again finding an unexpected degree of enthusiasm for a childs accomplishment made our day. This didnt seem like a one time thing. Every time we have gone there we have left happier and less cynical. Perhaps it is the experience of finding a little heart where you least suspect it, which in this case turned out to be a pizza hut.

Great service. I ordered some chicken and had it delivered to a bus stop I service near the building.. chicken was great, friendly people and even gave a tip... thank you pizza hut staff.. im doing it again today!!!!
