This store is so rude and disrespectful especially the night shift manager. I had pizza delivered and driver was rude and said there pizza huts closer and that probably why your card didnt work. I EVEN GAVE DRIVER A TIP!! And my wings were cold and customer service is all rude at this store and manager I spoke to was very disrespectful!! They did give me a free order cause of the misunderstanding cause they couldnt find my credit which I really do APPERCIATE THANK YOU to the two ladies that went and fixed my order and helped me out that was very nice of you both.But the manager shouldnt hang up on me and talked to me the way he did and if I ran a store like that half my employees that treated customers the way they do would be FIRED!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN I PROMISE THAT!!!!

Not shocking they have majority of 1star. I ordered a pizza for delivery,informed them a diabetic needed it.The lady was very nice.Then it all went wrong I called 3x to c where it was at n each time they said "it was on its way".The fourth call Harrison (wouldnt give name)says they called my number n it was disconnected(I was talking to him on it).Then it was I gave them the wrong number.Then A "manager cody got on the phone after Harrison stated there wasnt any manager there. (my 3yr old niece can lie better.) Then he said he just put the money back on my card,I was paying in cash.I have never dealt with bigger a**holes at any restaurant EVER. This location couldnt care any less about customers. CLEARLY MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOME SERIOUS HOUSE CLEANING.

Delivery from this location is good, but the pick up sucks. I always have to wait forever (once I waited for 15 minutes and I could see my food waiting in the warmer the entire time, clerk said it wasnt mine when I asked, and then realized it was after an eternity - I was pretty upset). The clerks also seem to have a really hard time figuring out the cash register, once it took her like 10 minutes (had to get help) to figure out how to ring in 4 drinks at their "buy 4 drinks for X special" price. If youre having the food delivered you should be fine (order accuracy is usually pretty good), but if youre picking up, forget about it...

Horrible customer service! After telling me it would take an hour for a delivery at 2:40 in the afternoon I asked for a discount she stated she would take $5.00 dollars off of the $21.00 price and she hung up before giving me my total. I was charged $27.11 I called back to confirm this and she stated that this was the price before I COMPLAINED... I asked her if she speaks to all of her customers this way she didnt apologize for her rudeness so I cancelled my order! They obviously need training in customer service!!!

If I could rate lower I would. Two times in a row Ive ordered online and it quoted about 30 minutes. Both times an hour and a half goes by without any word. This last time I called to see what was going on and the "manager" I talked to "Todd" I think got mad at me and blamed me for his bad service. I couldnt even get a phone call? The guy was very rude and hung up on me. If these guys would just offer decent and nice service, Id still be a customer. Never order from here, not worth the headache

Omg! Really? People actually time how long their pizza takes to be delivered? Man I must be to busy to care cause I just sit back and wait its arrival. When it comes it comes. I never really notice that it takes a long time it aways tastes good and fresh to me and my family and thats all we care about. And we have never had a bad experience with customer service. Keep up the good work guys

On two occasions Ive been served by someone who was sick. Both times, a few days after (against my better judgement) eating it, I got sick myself. So not only is this a company that will keep its employees working even when they are sick, but said sick employees are (based on my experience) handling the food you eat!

By far the worse store Ive ever ordered from they never get my order right. This is the only store that will deliver to me and I have one right down the street makes no sense. How hard is it to check the order before it leaves the store manager is rude cook is rude and doesnt know a thing DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

They are so rude here,constantly delivering the wrong pizza,and cant answer phones because theyre "too busy".Took an hour to get a pizza when I live 2 minutes away. I had to drive to the store just to get a new pizza when it was once again delivered wrong and no one answered the phone to handle my complaint

Sausage on a Super Supreme was sour. Tasted like it was really old and sat uncovered in a fridge. Tossed a whole pizza in the trash. Wasted $25 . Will never order from again. Dominos on West Colfax will have my business from here on out. Always fresh and hot.

Worest customer service. I call a few days ago about how they where 1 hour and 35 minutes late and the pizza was cold so i called the store manager to let him know that the pizza ways cold and nasty and then he start cusing at me and then hung up on me.

We often order online for carryout from this location when driving back home from DIA. Our pizzas are always hot and ready. The location is right off I-70 so we can quickly get back on the road and the pizza is still hot when we get home.

Always fast for carry out and friendly! They still carry my favorite pizza even most other pizza huts have stopped serving it. Hands down one of my favorite pizza huts.
