We went to try out liks tonight over our usual favorite spot. it was very busy (as expected for a Beautiful summer Sunday evening). First, the service my girlfriend and I received was awful, the blonde kid who helped us clearly didnt want to be there and his attitude showed it. We ordered ice cream in a waffle cone to which we were told "were out" (out of the main thing you put Ice cream in) he didnt offer any other options, simply stood and waited for us to come up with something else on our own. Finally we got two cups of ice cream, similar to another review we stood at the register while all the other employees ignored us and rung up their customers, finally we paid and the same employee who helped us rung us up. The way he gave me the price and our change was so monotone and depressing it could have been straight out of a movie Scene, it made my girlfriend laugh out loud because she couldnt believe this kids attitude. I almost never write reviews, and 99% of the time I never complain and just eat whatever I get. But with the experience we had I will never be back. OVERALL: service was terrible, that is a fact. Ice cream was sub-par, which is just my opinion. I would not ever recommend liks to anyone else. Two stars because ice cream is ice cream after all.

The ice cream was good, but the employee with a man bun and bad facial hair helping us was awful. We asked for a vanilla malt and he said they didnt have any, so we got chocolate. He seemed very inconvenienced and was rather unfriendly. After he took forever to make the chocolate malt, he forgot to check us out and we stood there until we told someone else that we still had to pay. Then we realized he didnt even put malt powder in the chocolate malt, and that they had vanilla in the other freezer. Would go again, but would refuse to have that guy help us.

I can easily recommend this ice cream shop. They have great ice cream with some very unique flavors. When you walk in you are immediately hit with the sweet smell of cream and sugar. The people behind the counter are friendly and helpful, letting you try any flavors your sweet tooth desires. The flavors rotate often but the classic favorites are almost always available. Try the tropical fudge for a new twist on chocolate and the peach melba for a super fruity treat. These guys do ice cream right, give them a try.

We had been craving ice cream for a few days since we arrived to Denver. After searching for good places on Google we decided on this spot since it had the best reviews and boy were they right. They had an abundance of flavors and my kids absolutely loved the Huckleberry and birthday cake. The lady at the register was the sweetest lady, best customer service I have ever received. We had the strawberry shortcake, double brownie , and mint they were so creamy and flavorful. Best ice cream ever!

Everyone talks about the overrated and overrun Little Man Ice Cream, but I think Liks is far better. Its got a small neighborhood feel rather than a urban one, even though they do have both classic and trendy flavors. The handmade ice cream here is super creamy and smooth, not at all icy like Little Man can be. Scoop sizes are generous (you can also order a single but choose two different flavors) and be sure to opt for a homemade waffle cone. The line can get long on warm nights.

Cannot say enough about the friendly and kind service from the lovely woman who has been with Liks as long as Ive been going there. Always a kind word, a welcome smile and yesterday opened early to serve when she saw me with my toddler grandson. Where do you find such people and the best ice cream in Denver! Its always crowded and has a fan base covering multiple states when folks return to visit, a welcome treat on a pleasant day. Thank you, Liks!

So many flavors to choose from, but be prepared for a wait! Friendly service and they even have gluten free ice cream cones, which Ive never been able to find before! It was such a treat. I let the woman know I had a gluten allergy and she got a new scooper and let me know if my choice was GF. Ice cream was great, cone was great and I couldnt even tell it was GF. Ill definitely be back next time Im in Denver!

This place really has delicious ice cream! They usually close around Christmas for a couple weeks; if you bring them a container the week before they close, you can get it filled at a discounted price! Open noon-9 in the colder seasons, and in the summer theyll close at 10. I have a bad gluten allergy, but as long as I dont get any flavors with gluten in it (like cookie bits, etc.) I dont get any reactions.

Alright fine. FINE LIKS FINE! Your ice cream is awesome. Every damn time. Always changing, always different, always delicious, always ruining my diet. Damn you and your delicious wares. Staff is great! Sherry, the manager, is sweet, smart, witty, sassy, and keeps her staff moving smoothly. She isnt afraid to get dirty and do all the tasks. Love her. Love this place. Will be back always!

Hot summer days in denver call for some cold ice cream. This place is my favorite. My friends tend to like yogurt better but not for me. Feels like the small neighborhood ice cream parlor in my small hometown. From the neighborhood kids that help run it to the ice cream offerings. I must say everytime I do get a hot fudge sundae but I always venture new ice cream in it. You cant go wrong.

Great flavors, great taste....only thing I would say is they should consider pricing differently. I know GOOD ice cream costs more, but my one scoop was about 4$ w tax and my bf ordered 2 scoops in a waffle cone and literally got about 6x more ice cream which took him way longer to eat it all ( he could barely finish and i was just staring) and his was only like $2-3 more...kinda unfair

The best ice cream in Denver. I drive from Littleton to get this sweet treat! Some grown up flavors like a stout or Jack Daniels flavoring make this interesting. There are very good classic flavors but none are the same once the bucket is out. They switch in a new flavor. Always guessing and never missing a flavor to satisfy my palate.

Great flavors of ice cream, but...parking is a real challenge. In addition the cashier is located right next to the door, which doesnt make any sense; all the different flavors of ice cream are past the cashier. The end result is you dont get to browse the flavors before youre expected to chose and pay.

served by rude surly girl. Liks has been a favorite of mine since it was Likety Split...same great product, new ugly snaggletoothed girl with a nasty attitude almost ruined my ice cream. Hey Snaggletooth, this is Denver, lighten up...we try to keep things friendly out here....

The best presentation I have ever seen! Fast serving and friendly! Seems to be well likes because at about 7pm exactly on Saturday night they had a line out the door! The line is going quite fast. 2 sugar cones single scoop, $5! Great place for the family or a date!!!
