Of course everyone wants to write a review when they have had a bad experience. No one can complain about the ice cream cause that is simply delightful. Having said that, went there this evening and told the girl I wanted my order for take out. She put my ice cream in a cup with a top, then I ordered a banana split and she made the boat up and gave it to me. I asked for a top and she said "oh, we dont have tops for those" and I said "really, I have to drive home with this in my car without a top?" and she said "Im afraid so." Needless to say, it was half melted and half on my seat by the time I got home. RIDICULOUS, not having tops for take out on the banana splits!

Honestly, weve never bought a thing from here. Weve been here 3 or 4 times, but get such crappy service (and once you finally get it they walk away), weve never stuck around to buy anything. Weve had a few samples that were good, but the bad staff just kills it. Either make your customers form a line, or remember we were in here before the 20 other people you just helped before you asked us to step aside.

Its an ice cream place. Theres a few tables to eat inside, or you can go around outside and sit on a bench overlooking a steam. Im only giving it 3 stars because they only had one flavor that was dairy free, and it was really artificial tasting. Perhaps im expecting too much.. But maybe someone will read this review and make some delicious ice cream with a coconut milk base.... Mmm thats a good idea...

Their decor hasnt really changed since my childhood, which is either good or bad depending on how you look at it. The prices are good and a medium shake is huge. Their selection of ice cream is expansive, of course, and theyll let you try a sample of any of them.

Great place for ice cream, many flavors. We had seasonal pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin pie. They have no-sugar options. Staff is friendly. There is outdoor sitting overlooking the creek.
