Just when I thought the customer service was better, a young black thin lady who worked with another lighter skinned black lady who was fatter than her, proved me wrong. She was working the cash register today 8/10/17 and I arrived there around 6:30-7 p.m. She greeted me with a very short and nasty attitude. She did not allow me to finish my sentence and when I asked her if there was something wrong she continued to speak over me. She was also super disrespectful in the same manner towards a young man in front of me. I dont believe anyone is forcing her to work there so if she doesnt enjoy her job, she should leave. She needs to leave her personal problems at home. I definitely wont return to this location just for that reason. I hope the manager isnt promoting this kind of unprofessional behavior but I refuse to put up with it. I suggest looking for a different Red Robin with people who are friendly on the cash register.

I walked in 30 minutes before closing at 8:30pm on a Saturday night as there were multiple people still in the location downtown to get a milkshake and some fries. As I come up to the cash register, I am told that they are closed. There is still an entire family chowing down on their food behind me as I am told this. Their website, door, and Google confirmed that they were still open but I was told that they were closed for maintenance and then was escorted out by one of the employees. I am beyond livid at the treatment and lack of thought where the employees could not put a sign on the door that stated they were forced to close earlier. All I can now assume is they closed early because they felt like it rather than because of so called maintenance. Unbelievable.

Ive worked in fast food. Ive been in those kitchens and Ive been at those registers. It isnt that hard. Its physically draining, but not difficult. You take the orders, you make the food as it appears on the screen, you hand out the food, and you tell your customers when theres going to be a delay. You dont ignore customers at the register, you dont blankly stare at the screens, you dont make it so only one person is actually working, and you dont wait 40 minutes to warn the line about a 30-minute wait. Its been unnecessarily slow with bad service the last two times I went, and the food isnt worth it. It comes down to bad management and poor scheduling.

Went to lunch here today for the first time and the service and food were horrible. The restaurant was obviously understaffed. Myself and everyone around me were waiting 25 to 30 minutes for our food, which was over cooked. Rather than call peoples names to pick up their order, a lady was loading up a tray with 5 or 6 orders and trying to deliver them. When upset people asked what the status of their food was, she replied to me and at least 3 others that i heard, that they messed up our orders for some reason and had to remake it. It was then that she discovered that my order was on her tray. I dont recommend this location for anyone.

First time stopping in to this Red Robin. Ended up waiting in line for 40+ minutes and finally arrive at the front to place an order to go. The cashier notifies me that they cant take any orders for the next 20 minutes. So much food sitting there waiting to go out to customers, but a severe lack of anyone doing that. People complaining that they have to get back to work and no online orders ready to go out to them. Even if I stayed, waited for my food to be cooked, it would have likely ended up in the black hole, cold on arrival. So I walked to Larkburger instead and had my food within 15 minutes.

I suppose this is supposed to be a cheaper version of Red Robin to compete with 5 Guys, LarkBurger, etc... But I wouldnt know the clerks rushed my order even though they werent busy... Red Robin fries arent my favorite, but these fries reminded me of what you would get at a buffet. The burger is not half the quality of Red Robin... The tables were dirty and the restaurant felt like a cave. This chain will not be successful when it pales to a mediocre RR and is a significant downgrade from a smashBurger or 5 Guys.

Generally good for lunch, but some issues as of late. Service has slowed down quite a bit and lots of confusion with to-go orders. It seems to have started right around the time of the most recent redesign. It makes no sense to not have the menu screens up above the counter and to rely only on printed menus in a place like this. The staff is friendly but you can tell they are frazzled and stressed out. It smells am awful lot like a management fail.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed a to go order at the counter for a burger and fries - pretty simple order right? Then I walked 6 blocks back to work and when I got to my desk and opened it....no fries. So I called them and asked for a refund and they said the only way they will do it is if I walk all the way back down there. Since I cant take 2 lunch breaks from work I guess Im out of luck....these people are morons.

We had a craving for a burger and decided to go to Red Robin and we were glad we did! We went around four O clock so there wasnt a large crowd. It was a Friday so no happy hour :( but the service and food were great !! We started with onion rings and Samuel Adams beer on tap so far so good. But the main attraction was the burgers for sure. We got the salad for a side for no extra cost !! overall we were very pleased

I have come into this location several times before today and like most have said there is almost never a wait. I happen to pick the busiest time I suppose. My order hot mixed around a little and I had to wait a bit. However because of this they more than made it right and I will be back again. Thank you for a great lunch on a very busy day.

The burger was okay in a generic-fast-food way, but the fries were just wretched: cold, overseasoned, mealy, nasty fries. Theyd obviously been sitting around for a while before they served them. The booths were all dirty, but the place wasnt busy ... we were one of only two groups in the entire place, but they hadnt bothered cleaning.

Food was good, but service was horrible. Place was dead but it took 27 minutes to receive an order of sweet potato fries an d forgot to make a reorder of some fries. When we asked about the other fries, she copped an attitude and said "there is only one of me" without an apology. If you have an hour to kill, you should consider.

Decent food, but not worth it compared to other burger places on the mall. Every time I go in when the General Manager is working, its terrible. Long wait times and my burger tastes like dirt. Its sad, because I used to work for Red Robin (both Burgerworks and the restaurant) and this places quality has severely gone downhill.
