Hugely disappointed! I am very happy for them and love their new space, but we had a horrible experience and wont return to dine in. Their baked goods have always been fabulous, but their food is definitely something to be missed. We waited a very, very, very long time for a table. Not because they were busy, but because the staff were moving at a glacial pace. It didnt improve from there. It took forever for our server to come to our table and take our order. We actually thought about leaving and going somewhere else. I wish we had. When she finally returned, we had already studied the entire menu and knew what we wanted. After we ordered, our server brought wonderful bread with butter and jam which was very good (the highlight of our meal!). We didnt see her again until our food came. It took so long we again thought about leaving. When the food came we were positively starving and were incredibly disappointed when we found out that it was really flavorless. Our server did remove one particularly terrible item from our bill...thank you! But our water was never refilled, and we felt like we were abandoned the entire meal. We were every excited about trying this cafe. Its a real shame.

I wanted to take my uncle to eat somewhere different and decided to come here because of the great reviews. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has great staff. I ate there for lunch, but the pastries look amazing! I ordered half a sandwich of the Le Maysto (turkey, mozzarella, tomato, pesto, lettuce, mayo) and half a salad along with iced tea. The bread they brought out was amazing with delicious butter and great tasting jam! The iced tea was also really good, which is always hard to come by while eating out. I am not a big fan of sandwiches, but this one I fell in love with! The bread was perfect and the turkey was great tasting (and did not have that strange flavor most deli meats carry). The mozzarella and the pesto made my taste buds dance! The tomato and lettuce was fresh and also amazing. It was the perfect sandwich. All the staff was friendly. The owner is who brought out the sandwiches and he was super friendly. I left there very satisfied! Definitely will be back!

The food is absolutely Delicious, best since Europe. Today was odd. Is an AirBnB SuperHost and suggest this place, never am acknowledge for sending people here, unless I remind them with a sheepish, Thank you! (they are busy!) Today!!! When walking in, the young lady pulled my previously ordered saved quiche over to the counter, dropping the quiche on the floor, the one I was to eat and work on puter time at the cafe. Then fumbled & handling the quiche with her hands on the counter. I asked, please stop touching the quiche, since you have no more, I will sit and eat it. I have not eaten today and only eat once daily, am famished. Giving my service dog a bit, she threw up. UGh I handed it over to the waiter. I was starving. The waiter came over and told me there was no charge for the quiche or my latte. OK!! But Im hungry, so I order some eggs with goat cheese, delicious and of course I was charged for everything! What a day!! :~((

I had lunch at Pierre Michel French Bakery yesterday. Having lived in Europe as a teenager, I immediately felt "at home" in their new (to me), charming restaurant. I ordered the Brie Chaud (ham, melted Brie cheese, honey caramelized apples on fresh, crusty French bread). This may have been the best "sandwich" I have ever eaten! Each ingredient was fresh and natural. The combination was perfection. It was so huge, I was able to eat the second half for dinner. I plan to order the Brie Chaud "to go" another day this week. After that, Im going to try every item on the menu over the next months. Bon Appétit!!

Pierre Michel Bakery is by far, the best bakery Ive ever been to in the States... and even better than a lot of boulangeries Ive been to in France. The owners, Eric & Isabel, are two of the most precious people youll ever meet. They love what they do and its apparent in the food and the service. My favorite croissant is the Bretagne (or Brittany)... Its got butter, sugar and sea salt in it and it is to die for. The berry croissant is amazing as well. Everything is made fresh, definitely worth the wait. I always try to take people here when theyre visiting because its a hidden gem. I hope you enjoy!

Love it! One of the best things thats happened to Highlands Ranch. Finally, a restaurant with international flavor! They just moved into a bigger location and we went in for lunch the other day. It was packed! Truly authentic French cooking that wont disappoint. Skilled and friendly service. Take out counter for bakery goods and coffee. Insider Tip: the portions are gi-normous. Either plan to take half home or split it with your favorite someone. Merci Beaucoup Pierre Michel!

Made our way across town to Pierres and totally forgot about the limited afternoon hours. Went in and they still had some quiches and croissants, both were phenomenally reminiscent of Paris. Cant wait to make it back for a more involved meal. EDIT: went back for brunch, holy cow was it delicious. Cappuccino was expertly done, and the croc Monsieur brought me back to Paris. Best French restaurant in Denver without breaking the bank.

Weve been coming here since they were at University blvd. Such a wonderful family and great atmosphere. Theyve expanded their menu and space so you have more delicious French cuisine options and less wait times. I always get the hot chocolate, even though Im not a kid anymore :p. We also came here for the Valentines Day dinner and it was an amazing show of the owners talent in the kitchen. Cant wait for next time!

One of my favorite places to eat in town.... Some of the best food youll ever have. Keep in mind its a family run joint, mama cooks everything so it takes a few extra minutes to get the food out when they are busy and they are always busy. And there is no surprise why its always busy. If you get a chance say hey to the owner Eric, it will brighten your day. Glad they are doing well in their new spot.

The food is excellent and the owner is both on the floor and friendly. You can see that he takes pride in his restaurant and work as her cares about his customers experience. We did arrive at a busy time and therefor it took a long while before our food was ready. We left full and satisfied.

I was looking forward to lunch here on a Saturday and arrived at 1:35 PM and was turned away and told that they were closed!! Even though they say that they are open until 2 PM, what a lie!! And then someone else just in front of me complained so they agreed to seat them!! Very disappointing

Hands down my favorite breakfast spot. Food is amazing and super reminiscent of Paris (other than the huge portions). Pastries are second to none. Owners are some the friendliest folks I have met. One of the few highland ranch dining experiences that is unmatched by downtown competition
