I am only giving this restaurant one star because it makes me give something. I went to KFC 04/09/2015 around noon. Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and a five piece hotwing through the drive through. When I got to my office I realized the order was wrong. I went back spoke to a young man who was AWESOME, and he apologized and agreed to get the order fixed. The manager Josh then comes over and says that he fixed the order and was sure it was right when he gave it to me, insinuating that I partially ate my meal then brought it back! Well lo and behold, when he went to correct my order they didnt even HAVE what I ordered and had to cook it. At this point I have now waited over 30 minutes. The customer prior to me had just been upset for the same reason. Josh fixes my fries puts them in a bag and then says we dont have hot wings. I assumed you could take something else. Why not ask me first!!! This isnt the worst part, a racist white customer decides this his opportunity to verbally attack me and Josh does nothing !!! The original customer who was upset had to ask the guy to leave me alone who follows me out of the store! This customer made racial comments, could have harmed me ANYTHING josh did nothing. He did not ask this customer to leave, he did not apologize to me for getting the order wrong. All he gave me was excuses as to why he couldnt seem to get anyones order that day. He clearly has not been trained on how to plan for the day or a busy lunch time. I dont like to write bad reviews unless its just a horrendous experience. I was treated less than nothing by the manager, and all I simply said to him was I was frustrated because I was on mylunch hour and this error had consumed it. I was not yelling, disrespectful or irate but as a consumer I SHOULD have the platform to express to the manager I am displeased without being accused of eating food and bringing it back. Not cool KFC not cool at all.

They (KFC or whoever the real owner of this restaurant is) should CLOSE this location until such time as the MANAGER can be properly trained. This location is ALWAYS out of the basics: Knives, Forks, Spoons, Napkins. I actually had to go across the street to the TACO BELL to get NAPKINS for my meal. How pathetic. I stopped eating there. The Manager actually resorted to HIRING HER MOTHER to work there. Nothing wrong with nepotism...but even MOM cant fix her daughters restaurant. While I normally eat in...I hear the endless line of problems from guests waiting and waiting and waiting for their orders...MOST OF WHICH are WRONG. Doesnt anybody check this stuff before its given to the customer. Why is there a constant line of customers...previously ordering the orders through the DRIVE-THRU showing up at the INSIDE counter to complain about...MISSING ITEMS...WRONG ITEMS, etc.. I wish the real owner would VISIT this location...Yikes that would be refreshing. Any MANAGER of this KFC should be wringing their hands trying to figure out WHY theres always about 30 cars waiting in the DRIVE THRU at the Chick Filet down the street. Hmmm...maybe theyre doing something different? You think? This location is far from "GENUINE COLONEL"...Col Harlan Sanders would FIRE these managers/employees. Just sayin.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:58pm, waited behind another customer for 5 minutes before I realized they hadnt taken their order. Looked up KFC on Google and called them. A guy answered and said they were closed. I told them the website said they close at 10pm, and he said, "Yeah, we cant change that." I asked if they could at least get on the speaker to tell the person ahead of us, as we were now blocked in, with several other people behind us. All lights were on, signs were on, and as we drove through, the Drive Thru Open sign was on too. We went to Chick-fil-A, drove back by KFC, to see their drive thru sign still on at 9:18pm! I love KFC, but this one is not up to par. Im sick of getting dried up chicken nuggets, being told they are out of root beer, getting a Famous Bpwl with no corn or gravy, the list goes on... I guess Ill be going to the other chicken places in town. They seem to want my business.

Legitimately the most difficult KFC to visit. They seem to always be out of basic items for a lower tending location. Today - no original chicken at 6p - lobby and drive thru are empty - have been the full 20 minutes Ive been here waiting for my food. Gentleman behind the counter told the lady in front of me she needed to wait 20+ minutes for a pot pie - after taking her money and then explaining he had nothing avail. I ordered a $20 Fill up meal - no sides are avail for my meal. Additionally ordered 2 kids meals - no juice or milk, or options other than soda. Prime dinner time on a Friday and they have zero stock of basic items. Disregarded anyone at register. Poorly managed - difficult to be a customer. Disappointed

Bad customer service, raw chicken. I went to this place one hour before they close and tried to buy a bucket of chicken, they told me there was no more chicken, that I would have to wait 30 minutes for it, I was ok with that but the cashier wasnt, she looked very upset because I decided to wait, then I asked her about the difference of crispy and original chicken, she aswered: "I dont know about chicken, I dont eat chicken, I just place the orders" I couldnt believe it. After 30 minutes the order was ready, but,my surprise was to found all that pink meat in the bucket when I came home, it was raw, hit outside but cold inside, Im not buying here anymore.

Basically the girl at the drive though said they had nothing ready to go and it would take 10 minutes minimum to make my order. Then she proceeded to tell me that nothing on the menu looked good anyway, including the hamburgers. After a moment of pondering she asked me, "if I wanted to wait for some wings?" After her telling me that their food was crap I decided to leave. It sounds like they wanted to close up early and I was bothering them. The nerve of me coming to their establishment and eating food an hour before they are closed. I wont bother in the future either.

I am not sure why I keep coming here. I will start going to Popeyes across the interstate. I have come here several times and its always the same story. They never have enough chicken!! Their management stinks. How can you operate a business this way? I ordered a 12 piecebucket of original dark and they were out of chicken! Its gonna take 17 min to cook. They told the customer behind me that they were out of Cole slaw. If I was KFC corporate, I would pull this franchise. They charge a fortune and you still have to wait. The employees are great.

Unfortunately they dont allow half stars or negative stars. We have been to this location only a few times in 3 years. We only go once a year because the service and food quality are very poor. We tempt fate because we figure surely they have gotten better. Not true. Today we had one missing item, one wrong item, and one item that looked like it was made yesterday and served today. The last item tasted as bad as it looked. I highly recommend going to Chic-Fila or Cains when it opens on September 19th.
