This place is better than most Chinese places in the metro. It is hole-in-the-wall delicious. My wife and I just moved into the area from a DU neighborhood. Were now about a mile from this restaurant. The reviews are mixed. Thats nonsense. Weve ordered from this place nine times over the last two months, and it beats any place in Denver with comparable prices - and then some. The twice-cooked pork is fabulous. Same for the low mein. The fried rice is great too. And the appetizers are priced right - and all around fantastic (try the dumplings, spring rolls, and/or spicy chicken wings). The only people who wont like this place are people looking for a Leeann-Chin style chain restaurant. This place also beats Yum Asian Fusion (which is just down the road from China Red). So if youre looking for old school Chinese carryout, this is the right place. Its legit.

Me and my family went there for the first time dyer moving to the area and we ordered like three things and they took so long... I went up to the front to ask if they were close to done because we sat there for an hour and we all had other things to do so I ask the girl up front and she totally gave me attitude and was all hyped up like she was going to start a fight with me. I think its funny to have someone act like that because I work with people at my job and when someone has ever been rude or unfair I never give them attitude. Thats not good at all and when we did get our food after complaining it took over an hour we didnt get a sorry or anything. Total disrespect. So hope it was worth it to them to act like that because me and my whole family wont go there. We go to the place down the street from them :) they can have our business.

I ordered 3 combinations and when it arrived it didnt have rice. I called and they apologized and said they would send it right out. 5 minutes later I was called back and asked if the rice was in the container. I said no and they said they would send it out. After 30 minutes of waiting I called back and was told to look in the container as the rice is there. In the background you could hear the staff saying he is upset over rice and making light of the situation. On top of this the last time we ordered there appeared to be what looked like a pubic hair in one of our meals. We decided to give them one more shot. Looks like they failed. 1 star is way to complimentary for this place.

I moved to the area about 4 months ago from Aurora which has nearly 0 good places to get Chinese food. Coming to CO from VA 4 years ago I had been at a loss trying to find a place on par with my favorite Chinese place back home. Their Genel Tsos chicken is the best Ive had in comparison to my favorite spot back in VA, and is hands down the best in the area. Only downside is that the dish itself doesnt come with a small order of rice so it makes it a bit expensive having to order a side of rice as if it was another entree. Location is good, convenient, and reminds me of the same spot back home with their open kitchen and "hole-in-the-wall" aesthetic.

Missing the main ingredient in shrimp with lobster sauce add scallops, the shrimp. Kids food was ok, and the wantons were fine, but adding way too much stuff to the egg drop soup, one of the people I care for has a terminal illness of the pancreas that prevents the ability to digest food as it is, the egg drop soup was one of our favorite items to order because it could be easily digested. Now I must check all the ingredients before I even think about ordering take out again. I attempted to go about handling this situation without having to put it out there like this, the line has been busy.

WHAT THE HELL?! i ordered teriyaki chicken fried rice and pork egg rolls. they told me 1 hour till delivery... OH BTW ITS SNOWING ATM. THEY SHOWED UP IN 20 MINS. LUCKILY I SAW THE DUDE PASS BY MY OFFICE WINDOW CAUSE HE DID NOT RING MY DOORBELL AND HE SURE AS HELL DIDNT KNOCK. IF I HAD NOT SEEN HIM I WOULDA HAD A FROZEN MEAL. ON TOP OF THAT THE EGG ROLLS WERE BURNED AND THE CHICKEN WAS COLD AND MY EGG FRIED RICE TASTED LIKE GREASE.

I ordered delivery, two chicken fried rices. My buddy called a second later to add to the order, some orange chicken. We were brought the food and the delivery driver told us it was 39 dollars. We payed him just hungry after a long day and walked inside. Looking at the receipts the total was supposed to be 33 and we were charged twice for delivery. Wtf guys, recently started ordering and defiantly wont be again.

Delivered only half my order. Called back and 10min hold. Not a sorry, we will make it right.... nothing. I needed to pick up the order or it was going to be another hour to redeliver. I went back to pick up but I now needed to bring back all the food in order to get a new order back. This place sucks for customer service and food was basic at best. Go if you want, they lost this repeat customer for life.

Ordered $27 worth of food to go, at the counter. Was told 15-20 minutes, as there was only one couple in the entire place eating in. Took 32 minutes to get the food. They packed the one entree with sauce on top of everything, so by the time I got home, everything in the box was covered in teryaki sauce. The food was underwhelming at best: dry and too much salt on everything. First and last meal there.

We go there for now just because there is not much around in this area. Every time we order, you can bet on it. some order is always messed up. General Tso chicken is mostly just dough without chicken. Since it comes out of the plastic bag like a premade stuff, it is nasty. Egg Fooyoung is good. They are very inflexible. Even hot sauce cost money. I ask for no msg they always mess that one also.

Less than one star if i had the option! Horrrrrrrrible customer service! Pricey for the quality! The food is dollar a scoop quality with the same type of service. They got everything wrong! They should set up a buffet so at least you know! Never again will I order delivery that I actually end up having to pick up and still have things missing.... If you pick up... Check your bag!

Terrible. Just the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Why is this the only place that delivers to our house??? We have ordered here 3 times and every time decided we would never order fron there again, but then months pass and we crave chinese... dont fall into the trap that we have. We will be picking up our Chinese from a better place next time!

Your Basic Chinese take out. Food is Fine. Service is excellent. Prices are normal. Delivery charge is ok. Dont know why people complain. These people use gas and people have to get paid for thier time. I dont care if you live less then a mile. Go get it yourself. People think every thing should be for free. Have ate their since they opened.
