Apparently...some special GOD decided if they CHOOSE to deliver their food. No explanation. This is a condo! Apparently there business owners CAN discriminate. I am glad I know. I dont need extra spit in my food. Yes! Its done. Sad truth is...they delivered over one and half hour late....wirh the wrong food. Still got paid and tipped. Due to the ride hourly worker I complained to..expecting a sorry...anything. I get hung up on. If course. The money is all they care about. So I called my credit card company...THEN I get a call from a "manager". They all seem to be managers...so apologetic. Should be...I ordered..usually pick up. Twice a month....in the past. Solved? Wrong. I was given a credit to use...as any good customer service rep would and should do. After cooling down...I send my husband INSIDE this time...lets try this again...right? They had our name.they knew the situation and credit amount. But..it was 4 days past 30 days of issuance. Its void. No credit. Month and months later....I get this reply to order food. We no longer can deliver to your address! Really. Thanks. I will try to share your selective service with everyone asking about Chinese food NOT TO BUY. ORDER. CATER. WALK IN..DELIVER. I HAVE A NEW MISSION.

I am beginning not to like the little chain type China Chef Express as they seem to work on quantity vs quality. I have given up on the China Chef and Now am doing that with the China Chef Express after the last meal. Several times when ordering from China Chef Express I have been unhappy with the quality of food. And now they are getting my orders wrong..I ordered the off their specials and first they tell me they dont have that item anymore even though its a new menu and the item says new, and then I order their combo specials with eggroll and it doesnt get delivered with an eggroll. After ordering $35 worth of stuff and paying a $5 tip I had to call them back to try to get the missing items. After having me on the phone for 15 minutes I was told that no I didnt order the eggrolls and I would have to pay full price and a delivery charge (this could take an hour delivery time again) I told them that since it was their error, I ordered quite a bit of food that they should get these at least at the combo add on price or even free since it was their mistake. At that point I was hung up on... Again with all the Chinese places that want your business, will never be going back to this one

Complete disregard for correcting an order that they placed incorrectly, mind you this location is centered in Aurora and for whatever reason the owners lack any respect for their customer base. I placed an order on 04/29/2015, even tipped the driver, when I discovered that they they delivered me the wrong item, they expected me to visit them with proof........... despite the fact that their system showed the error which he acknowledge!!!!!!! The order taker then tells me that even if I call the next day to speak to the manager, she doesnt speak English and really isnt able to communicate with me. I am pro immigrants pro diversity, but if you are going to open a business in another country different than your own, you owe yours customers the ability to be able to have a conversation with them. $30 dollars later I have to pay for lack of customers service, antiqued "ordering system" and a complete lack of respect while you benefit from my patronage and you dont even have it in you to learn the language of majority your customer base. I looked over a previous incident but from here on out I will never order from them place again!

I ordered beef and broccoli and found a long strand of HAIR wrapped around my beef and broccoli. I called to complain about the hair when i discovered it. They told me to bring it back which i did and left the hair on the top of the container to show i wasnt lying being thats how they acted when i called to complain. The lady offered to make another one but after finding hair in my food my stomach was turned. They told me i had a credit for my food. So when i call a week later to order sweet and sour chicken and to apply my credit i was told I had to order beef and broccoli only!!!! What the hell!!! Why would i order the same exact thing that i found hair in. The lady argued me down as if to apply the price for my beef and broccoli to my new order was to difficult. Needless to say I will not be returning or referring anyone. This place is nasty as hell then they want to screw you for your credit and your money when they screwed up. No thank you!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I been customer at this place over a year.and today I just called for deliver and the girl who answer the phone is having some mess up tone and not helping with nothing that I asked !!!dont forget your job is customer service!!!!she got mess up attitude and putting me on hold?????i called back she hang up!!wow is this how the business work???i work in the restaurant business too and never act the way she act am very upset and wanna to go there and talk to the boss but I guess she need this job that she cant even do best with!i feel bad for the owner because of this girl they must have lose a lot of customers and they dont even know this!!!smh am not coming there no more...food is very good but the Service is really bad by all this people who answer the phone like they hate the job!!!am am sure they will make it sound like customer is drama!check the people who work for you please thank

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! One June 15, 2015, I ordered take out. The broccoli beef had undercooked beef. The vegetable spring rolls tasted like mold. The chicken in the chichen lo mein appeared to be old and not fresh. Called the restaurant to explain the horrible meal. Supposedly, they refunded my broccoli beef. They made the driver come back to my house to obtain the lo mein and broccoli beef to take back to the restaurant to inspect to see if they would further refund me. They said that if it looked like I touched the lo mein I would not get that refunded...umm, were they planning to re-serve the food??? I have not heard back from them about my refund....gross. Dont waste your money on this hack of a restaurant. I dont know how you can mess up on cheap chinese take-out.

we need to stop supporting businesses that are rude to us period!! This is mostly a African American area and they treat us like we owe them something when were spending our hard earned money that keeps them open. The deliver driver was rude. period. I had already tipped onlilne so I couldnt take my money back. I understand why they ID but my money has already been deducted. Give the id and he asked me so do you still want the food!!! UH YEAH.. its already debited. I just had a question about the iding and he copped an attitude. Not only that I havent seen my drivers license since. I called and of course they said they dont have any lost ids but I dont even think she looked. I couldve complained then but I was my concerned about finding my license.
