I am so disappointed in the decline of cleanliness and good quality over the past year. The restaurant used to be a family favorite. My kids stopped begging to go to Pei Wei. It has to be bad when the kids hate their favorite restaurant. Today, my husband and I stopped in at 11:25am for lunch. The floor was wet form a recent mopping (no caution signs were posted) it was apparent a sour mop had been used. My wine glass was covered in water spots. The kitchen swing door was covered in greasy fingerprints. And to top it off my chicken was so rubbery at one point I spit out a bite to make sure it was cooked. I seriously dont understand how a great restaurant declines so fast! Needs serious help fast!

It was our weekend ritual to get food from the HR location, but things been getting worse and we finally had it yesterday. A few months ago things been getting bad, missing food, wrong order and then the food became crappy, so we stopped going there till we found out they have a new management. Things improved for a bit but back to the same crappy service. The last two times we went there we didnt get what we ordered and the to go wait time was an extra 15-20 minutes longer than quoted. I say check your order before you leave and always allow an extra 20 minutes of wait. Needless to say were not going there anymore.

Ownership must have changed. All of the normal menu items we get seem to have changed in appearance and taste. The fried rice wasnt really fried, the beef wasnt cooked all the way, the lettuce wraps tasted like they were soaked in alcohol, and everything in general seemed under cooked. Normally when we eat at Pei Wei we are completely satisfied with our food. Tonight well be throwing away lettuce wraps which is disappointing since its one of our favorite parts. The kids in general were fine with the food but next time well be ordering from P.F. Changs since the price is about the same.

I am a sushi fan and decided to try Pei Weis Ahi Tuna bowl. The tuna looked mashed and lacking in any texture, and the first two bites wedged strings of fat in my teeth. The third bite, taken with some trepidation, amounted to a ball of fat that made my teeth bounce and was not something that anyone would try to swallow. Disgusting! I completely lost my appetite. Pei Wei presents itself as a cut above Panda Express, but they should just shut down their sushi operation if my experience is representative. Unfortunately, that puts it back at the level of Panda Express. What a shame.

By far the WORSE service and food. Visited Denver and this was the closest location. Drove 20 minutes on this past Sunday 4/10 at 740pm and the doors were locked with people inside eating. They said they didnt have enough food items to stay open. Wtf!? Seriously? Then gave it another chance today Wednesday and the food took 32 minutes. And the chef made my kung pao chicken with no sauce. So what did the server do, handed it back and said can you add sauce. And so he dumped some on and handed it to him to give to me. I never write reviews, but this was worthy of sharing.

Sad to have to write this but hopefully management will get the clue. We live close to this location and today was probably the last day we try this location. The last two times the food has been rushed, next to no sauce, slow etc. Today I phoned in my order, they knew my name from previous orders, even read it back to me (correctly). When I arrived they could not find my order but was willing to re take it. Really? With the family waiting we opt to try one of the many local Chinese resturants and I know they will be happy to have our business.

The food is tasty although a little bit salty. Picked up a sesame chicken this evening and got the worst service Ive ever experienced in Colorado. Short, fat, sweaty girl with a boys haircut and glasses took my order in the most obnoxious manner. Very rude and kept starring at me while I waited for my carry out. When it arrived she just slammed it on the counter and walked away. I dont know what that fat girls problem is but its disappointing because I shant be going there any longer. Hope that fat girl loses some weight and the attitude.

Most of the food is good. Spring rolls are tired wimpy barely nothing appetizers that are overpriced. BE SURE to just precautions if you order by phone. Our order took 50 minutes before they called our name and we were told 20 minutes! When we arrived to pick up order in 20 minutes they told us they kicked our order out of system because it was busy and they did not have credit card yet for payment. If you order by phone, et a name and a commitment that they will enter your order!! Did not realize this was necessary but now we do.

I love the menu options at Pei Wei but this location is not great. Its always dirty, the food is sub par compared to the 2 other locations we go to, and they frequently get our orders wrong. Too bad, but with all the options in the area were crossing this one off our regular list. My noodles in the Vietnamese rice noodle salad were crunchy and the tofu I subbed for chicken was burnt and had an odd fishy taste. My husbands Mongolian beef had maybe like 5 small pieces of beef total and he got the regular portion.

Weve been going here for years and normally we would give a great rating. However, today we came and waited 35+ minutes for our meal. I dont know if this location is under new management, but the place went down hill. Bathroom is dirty with lack of soap and toilet paper everywhere. And now you have to ask for a fortune cookie. I honestly would not recommend this location to anyone if it doesnt shape up.

Be prepared to wait! Extremely slow service both for dine in and takeout. The worst part of takeout service is the continual "just 15 more minutes." I was in the waiting area with a lot of other unhappy customers. They can be sorry all they want for the wait but that doesnt make up for delaying my entire evening. If I had known takeout would take over an hour, I would have made another choice.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Basically paid $11.34 for 2 eggrolls. The shrimp fried rice was not fit for consumption. I set the food aside and the waitress asked me if something was wrong. I told her the dish was horrible. She sent over a manager who offered me another dish but I declined as the food sickened me. No offer of a refund for the dish. I left and will never return.

I was craving fried rice and this was the closest place and Ive never eaten here before, so i gave it a try. I asked for chicken fried rice with NO RED BELL PEPPERS but what did they put in it? RED BELL PEPPERS. Their fried rice have no flavor whatsoever and it is so overpriced when in reality, theyre just on the same level as panda. Never going back again.
