In town on business from Los Angeles, and were staying next door at the Comfort Inn, and noticed this restaurant next door. I love Asian food, and Ive been to all sorts of Asian restaurants all over the country, and this one measured right up with some of the greatest! For the price, the taste and quality this place cant be beat! The Orange Chicken isnt on the menu, but it really should be. We had the Shrimp Fried Rice (perfect shrimp to rice ratio), Beef & Broccoli (very good quality and tender beef and plentiful), and Orange Chicken (best Orange Chicken Ive had!). The Miso and Wonton soups were perfect too. There must have been something wrong with the soda machine, because it hardly had any carbonation, but that was the only downer. Service on point, and its really nice inside. The entire experience was a pleasant surprise! Id hands down recommend this place to anyone!

I have visited several times and every time has been delicious and friendly. I originally was introduced to this restaurant because a networking group met there in a back room. The food and service was great, so I came again another day to eat an entrée. It was delicious! Because of my experiences, I decided to host my book launch there, also in the back room. It was fantastic! The food and service again was fantastic. I recommend Purple Ginger II as both a tasty restaurant and as a cost effective meeting venue. (They have three rooms and a patio. Two of the rooms can be combined for a bigger space. We had no issue with fitting 50 standing and mingling guests in the small room. That many sitting guests would be a problem- maybe 35 is better for sitting.)

We wanted to try it, so we call at 9:40 pm Saturday evening. no answer. Called three mire times, only answering machine. So instead we drove out there, arrived at 10pm, they close at 1030, and say they dont take takeout orders past 9:30...so annoying. Yet we could stay and eat? What is this logic, also this is not posted anywhere on their take out menu. This happens to us very often (hours of places dont match up with them actually being open) so I suppose we are tired of it and dont give places a second chance. Sad, we would have liked to try it, but went to Hoongs up the road, super nice service and they served us. I was really impressed with the food there as well so Ive now found my go to Chinese takeout place.

Ive always heard how good Purple Ginger is so I decided to try it for lunch. I went in at 10 after noon and the place was a ghost town. 2 tables full. That shouldve been my clue to run. I ordered Mongolian Beef extra spicy to go. I got it back to the office and it looked good. When I took a bite however I realized that they had built a campfire and thrown the dish in it and then washed the beef in vinegar. It was completely burnt and had that nasty, smoky taste. I promptly threw it away. A dish as simple as mongolian beef should not be messed up like that at a place that has the reputation Purple Ginger has. I will not be coming back.

Not only was the pad Thai dry and one solid noodle but they charged my credit card for the actual amount under purple ginger then immediately after charged an additional $40 under purple ginger ll. I regularly check my Capital One app on my phone and looked at it the following day to see two charges for one delivery when the credit card company called to dispute it they said to send a letter and were not concerned at all. I wish it was possible to give negative stars since this was literally a criminal act to get a free $40 from what they thought was an unsuspecting customer. Terrible business practice they should be ashamed

Was served the most disgusting and sad $15 plate of Chicken Teriyaki. First of all the service we got from the waiter SUCKED! He didnt say one word to us except-- did u decide what u wanted? As a first time customer I am completely ashamed at the service!!! Now the food. Plate comes out. Looks very good to start. Just chicken covered in sauce. No veggies... Nothing. Then i start eating. And find a SCARY PIECE OF "chicken" It looked like a freaking intestine. I HAVE PICTURES! Threw $20 on the table for my boyfriends order and we walked out. Sooo effing disappointed Shoulda went to maggianos.

在美国吃到过的最难吃泰国菜,没有之一!直接避坑就是了。。。 The worst Asian food I ever had in U.S.! Although the service is not so bad, I am still giving this restaurant one star and will never come back. The Tom yum seafood soup with noodle is the same flavor with what I bought from the market, seafood in it smelled bad(I doubt if it was well-cooked). Wonton-soup came with just warm soup and dry wontons. Believe me, what you will get from them is a meal with instant food bought from Asian markets and a overcharged bill(mostly paid for their beautiful decoration).

Purple ginger II is a very nice restaurant compared to other Asian restaurants that I have been to. And trust me Ive been all over the united states ;). The atmosphere is more like a upscale type of American restaurant. The food was excellent. You can see the chefs cooking on the open kitchen. This is a great place to take a romantic date or family night out. Also they have a great private room for parties or meetings. This restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Denver.

Excellent spot for lunch. Excellent lunch spot, quick delicious and great prices. If youre visiting for lunch, which I often do, do not be alarmed by the almost empty atmosphere, Ive never seen the restaurant busy at lunch time, and most of their business is take out. My favorite item on the menu here is the Coconut Chicken soup, if you get the large youd better come with an appetite, the portion is very large, and could easily be split with two people.

This place has potential, but it needs better ingredients and probably better cooks. Weve been here a couple of times and its a hit and miss. The food can be okay or it can be bad. We had one fried rice dish that tasted like a barn floor. On another visit he had descent sesame chicken. This place is usually pretty empty which should tell the owner something. It has descent decor and atmosphere, just the food needs to be better.

Everything from the sushi to the appetizers, to the soup is slightly off. When I try the food it is soggy or mushy. The wanton are overcooked, the hot and sour soup doesnt taste like anything Ive experienced hundreds of times across the US. Ive tried it several times and its the same when they are slow or busy. Unappetizing is my overall feeling. And I really want to like the place as its close.

As am executive chef I can tell you hands down this was by far the worst food I have ever eaten.....My General Tsos didnt even taste it....The chicken tasted rotten.....my Pad Thai didnt taste a thing like Pad Thai.........I dont leave reviews because I understand the struggle we face in the industry but this.......this I needed to write about........ $30 wasted..............
