Worst experience Ive ever had... my wife and I placed an order online to go. When I arrived I was told my order couldnt be found to start with. Its not expressed that if you place a to go order you have to assemble your own meal, but if you think youre getting everything in the bowl youre incredibly wrong!! The bowls were filled to the brim with no possible way of adding ingredients without dumping some or drinking scolding hot broth. Then opening your food theres loose raw meat sitting there waiting to contaminate everything you might want. The spring rolls tasted like they had gone bad, and the peanut sauce was rancid. Finally after getting to the point we could finally eat, and after about an 1/8th of my boba smoothie (by the way banana is banana candy and lychee was most decidedly not lychee) my wife points out the ball of hair STUCK TO THE INSIDE OF THE DRINK!!! Can you say health violation cause I sure can! I throw everything in the trash and run to the bathroom in a hurry. After everything settles for a moment I call the restaurant and talk to Ken (not a good experience with him either). While trying to explain why Im calling he cuts overtop of me telling me I shouldnt have thrown out their contaminated food and should have called first. Nevermind that his restaurant has ruined our dinner Im the one in the wrong for putting garbage food where it belonged. He then continuously argues with me when I told him Id fish it out of the trash and bring back to him. He eventually agrees to refund the money then hangs up on my wife while shes trying to get him to stop repeating for the 15th time about the food. Horrible experience would never set foot in this place again.

If you enjoy horrible service, this is the best place in town. Also, if you like bland and westernized pho, look no further. I ordered and paid for me and my sick daughters pho online while at work. After picking up my daughter who had a cold, we went here to pick up our to go order. As I walked in and told the host my name, he told me I already picked up my order. This was clearly not the case. After explaining that Im literally just walking in to the place for the first time that day, the host didnt believe me and continued to question me and interrogate me. Apparently some older man picked up my food that was probably the hosts fault in the first place. He insisted that I was scamming them and went to the back to review the cameras. Thats right... He literally went to review the cameras. So after 30 minutes of trying to figure out if I needed to get a refund or if I get the food I paid for while my sick kid is in the car, the guy finally decided he will have the kitchen make our food. Another customer just waiting the whole time to place his order to go was behind me watching this horrid service happen while no one even attempted to take his order while I wad being interrogated. I literally havent been so insulted from a restaurant in my life. When we got home and ate the food is what really took things a step further. I ate about half of the bland and watered down pho before I threw the rest out. Like I said, if you like horrid service and awful food, you should go here immediately.

I would rate this place 1 star if it werent for the location and the place actually looks new and modern which is nice. But looks and witty name only gets you through the door once. Vietnamese management. High expectations and huge disappointment. Bun bo hue by far the worst, told the guy it was terribly greasy and missing many key ingredients to be called such. The guy explained to me : "Sorry, we arent Denver, we dont have access to that type of ingredients expecially the pork bone."...He probably means beef...but at the time I already came to the conclusion that this guy doesnt know whats hes talking about. Wife actually felt sick after the noodle combination bowl. Kids didnt finish their chicken bowl or appetizers. The guy said they didnt want to use fish sauce or paste because they were afraid of offending customers with the smell. Price of food exceeds the quality. The manager apologized removed the 1 item. Further examination of food ordered: rolls were plain yet large, both the peanut sauce and the fish based dipping sauce were bland...was having a nice day. Now feeling nauseated, tired and disappointed.

Living in Colorado Springs, it can be hard to find a good Pho place. After trying everyone within a 30 minutes driving range, this was the last place to go and was no exception. Even with its high rating on Google, it was actually sub-par compared to all the other ones! While the atmosphere is completely westernized, which is fine, the food itself can be mediocre at best. The broth was watered down, an over abundance of noodles compared to meats, and just incorrect taste overall compared to authentic Pho that you can get near Denver. The worst part was the service. Upon sitting down, we were told our server would be with us soon. After 10 minutes and still no server, we noticed that a new table behind us got seated and served immediately. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. It took well over 30 minutes before we got our food, and even then, our "server" forgot to bring us our utensils. We had to ask a few times before he finally realized that yes, we do need chopsticks to eat our food. I highly, STRONGLY, DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Come here if you want terrible service and watered down Pho.

Weve been coming here since it opened. Originally 5 stars up till the past year weve seen a decrease in customer service, cleanliness and food. Tonight we arrived at 8:30, a half hour before close and were surprised to be told they were about to close but its "ok". 1 of 3 tables occupied, it took quite some time to get our beverage order delivered. Food was good just not like we have originally/normally experienced... bit well done for my taste. I used the restroom after dinner, the floors freshly mopped over greasy tile with no wet floor sign... no bueno, alerted the hostess....nothing done, still no sign placed. Had to fetch the waitress for our tab, while she was doing her side work in the back. We love this location, just miss the original hospitality and all that came with it. Joseph... man help get this location back on the right track!

The pho here is great. But this last experience left much to be desired. We ordered the spring rolls to start out the dinner. The peanut sauce, normally tasty, had black specks floating around and one rather large, coin sized, black flake in it. We asked the waiter about the sauce. She said another server made the sauce earlier in the day and burned it. Unacceptable. How easy would it have been to make another sauce and not serve such an obvious mistake? Why do the servers make the sauce? It seems pretty obvious to just not serve the burnt sauce and make another batch. As a side note, the servers do everything to include seating you, taking your order, and bringing the food. This is not an efficient way to run a restaurant and leads to drastically long delays. There are other pho places in town, I recommend shopping around.
