I am an employee at the citadel. I went to Hibachi very recently after work. I waited in line for 7 minutes, and stood waiting at the register for 5. I had to ask someone if I was allowed to take my order. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told, "there are no managers and a lot of people are quitting right now." Then another girl, who was probably not the manager, came up to me and said, "you could have chosen to eat at any other restaurant in the food court so why are you mad?" Then I explained why I was upset and she laughed in my face and they continued to make me wait. I was "mad" because whether it is food or retail, the customer is always right, you need to have a manager on duty, and if you are not who the customer is asking to speak to, then really, you dont have any business speaking at all. I wasnt in a hurry, so I waited, because there are only a few good places to eat in the Citadel, and when they are standing around talking instead of taking my order...I mean that would frustrate almost anyone, because Its rude and bad service.

I wish I had read the reviews so that we could have avoided the unpleasant quick dinner on 4th of July. I wish I could give it ZERO star. The quality of food is definitely terrible: the rice is still raw. Also, DO NOT BE FOOLED by pictures!!!! Their deliveries have nothing like the pictures.

Honestly the big white lady who is at the register is rude! I stood at the counter 10 mins before she rudely told me they werent open yet. Let me tell you they open at 11am and it was already 12:30 pm!! The food is great but they need to hire employees who know what customer service is.
