By far the WORST service I have ever received! If I could give less that one star I would. Person behind the counter did not want to take my order and even tried to pass over me to wait on the girls that came in behind me. Once I got him to take my order (it was a to-go order) I got home and it was the completely wrong meal, and extremely cold. I do not usually write reviews but I feel like I was treated so poorly that I needed to, hopefully to stop another person being treated this way. I will not go back to this Boston Market.

Walked in and two people behind the counter bitching about time cards, while i waited to be served then a worker from the back comes up with more sides ended up taking my order, Total Disrespect, These two never made a single effort to help. I will be in to file a complaint. I have been a customer for 20 years or more. I forgot to mention , I was only one in line.Can only hope that the manager reads these reviews..

We catered a birthday party through this Boston Market and I was very pleased. The price was reasonable - about $10 per head - and the food was excellent. They delivered it nice and hot, set up the buffet table, and provided everything fom serving utensils to salt and pepper, napkins, and plates. Accurate and on time. Ill definitely use them again.

The Boston Market is a nice change of style as far as large chains available in Colorado Springs.. Its centered around rotisserie chicken, and you can get different sides that make you think of Thanksgiving food. I recommend it for when you looking for something different than the norm, yet familiar rather than exotic.

Food was great. Staff were awesome. Felt bad for the staff. A lady forgot her coupon, already paid, went out four the coupon, came in, staff adjusted her amount and refunded some money. She then wanted to argue with them about the price. Staff did a great job, but the woman was still not happy.

Decent food, though I stay away from the Chicken (too dry, seemed too old) and their Mac and Cheese is definitely reheated. Service is definitely acceptable, though they are confused by Samsung Pay - they dont cancel out of it like other establishments, allowing you to use it to pay for food.

Good food and wonderful side dishes at fast-food speeds with reasonable prices. Their rotisserie chicken is really excellent, the meatloaf and other sides are pretty darn good too! The selection of side dishes has diminished in recent years, but what is left is still excellent.

I arrived Boston Market on Mothers Day May 10th 2015 at 8:15 p.m. they had about five customers in there restaurant and all of the customers that were in line were told that they were out of chicken very disappointing no apologies from cashiers very horrible customer service

I love this restaurant because the food is delicious and I have small children so speed matters. Boston Market is also one of the few fast food locations the whole family likes.

Make sure that you know that you will not get what you ordered. They will argue with you eventhough their own receipt shows that I am suppose to be getting a 1 1/4 chicken
