Weve now gone here twice and both times the food has been excellent. It is very nicely decorated and clean inside... much better than you would presume from the rather unadorned exterior. An Aurora resident for 30+ years now I just wish we would have discovered this restaurant long ago. We still love East Cafe but Formosa Garden is every bit as good is, for some menu items, perhaps a tad better. That one review of long ago that said the portions are small sure has not been in there in recently. Both visits we had to bring home an amount of food more than enough for our lunch the next day. We REALLY are glad we found this restaurant!

The quest for decent Chinese food has been a struggle after I moved to Aurora, after exhausting the options closest to me, I decided to try Formosa based on the reviews. The sesame chicken was serviceable, crab cheese wontons under filled, and the pot stickers a bit greasy. That said, this was the best Chinese Ive had in a long time (a sad commentary on the state of Chinese food around me). The search continues for Chinese food excellence but I have a feeling this restaurant will be making the final cut.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. The food is awesome, the lady behind the counter is even awesomer (new word). I was ten minutes late after they had closed, because the cops had blocked off a section of Smoky Hill. When I arrived they asked me if I was okay and apologized for not giving me extra rice with my meal. What more can I say, be nice when you go there and tip well yawl.

They are so friendly at Formosa Garden. They know who we are and what we like to order as soon as they see us come in. Their food is wonderful and all made fresh when you order. They dont use frozen food. They have a great variety at very reasonable prices. Theyve been there for a long time and its our familys favorite Chinese place. Everyone weve referred to them has loved it too.

We live around the corner from this place, and also 4 other competitors. Formosa garden beats them all, with fast excellent delivery, great menu options, and best of all, their food doesnt all taste the same like many "chinese food" places. This place is amazing, and the interior is nice if you want a very nice but secluded meal. I order out most of the time.

This place is fantastic the food is always hot, fresh, and with large portions. My favorite dish is the Beef and Onion, amazing flavor. The Lo Mein is great and the crab cheese wontons are out of this world and always fresh!. The service is very friendly, very quick and the delivery time is amazing! We are ordering take out from them again tonight!

Ordered for delivery tonight for dinner. Delivery was prompt and right on time. The food was really good too. Their hot and sour soup was delicious and their egg rolls very crispy. The combo fried rice I got was also very good. They even made it with extra egg, just like I asked and there was way too much! I would recommend this restaurant.

I just had dinner at Formosa garden, by far the best Chinese food around! We dined in and the selection is amazing. The price is outa this world for what you get. I will definitely be a return customer as this is my daughters favorite type of cuisine. The people are also incredibly friendly and atmosphere quiet and family oriented. A+++

Food generally good. Tonight the soups were swimming in salt. The crispy egg rolls were not fresh. Not crispy, but chewy. Ordered online, asked for delivery at a certain time, but it was delivered 45 minutes earlier. Had we not been at home, they would have left. Email confirmation indicates exact delivery time I requested.

I have been a customer here for ten years or more, always great quality food and if you choose delivery it is at your doorstep faster than a speeding bullet, they say 30 to 40 mins and its always within 15 mins. I probably shouldnt say anymore or youll all think I am being paid or something, I cannot fault this spot.

Great Chinese food. Started working in this area and am glad I found this place. As good as anything you can get in Denver. Good prices, portions are generous, staff is freindly. More importantly, the food is great. Ordered the beef and onion and combination lomein. Loved it! Gonna try the Formosa chicken next!

We had the coconut curry chicken and general tso chicken, both were very fresh and very good. Their crab ragoons were the best I think Ive ever had. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed by the quality for such a low price!

the combination fried rice extra spicy is really good! really tasty :) i eat a lot and i can say they give good quantity. pretty quick delivery, especially if you smoke weed. nice people. i never went to the restaurant though..

Fantastic!!! Its been so hard to find a great Chinese restaurant since Golden Phoenix closed down. These guys surpass it in my opinion. And the prices are really,really fair. Will be ordering from Formosa Garden from now on!!!
