Saturday 3/25/2017 at around 7pm, I decided to stop by for sushi and vegan pad Thai. When my waiter arrived, I had asked if they could make a for me a vegan pad Thai option - no eggs and no meat possibly tofu in place of animal protein. Well, the waiter came back and told me that this was possible. I had then requested that the pad Thai would also be prepared with "lite oil" he obliged to and informed me that my dish would be prepared shortly. Once my food arrived, I proceeded to take a few bites and it absolutely tasted awful!!!! The tofu didnt at all taste fresh and the dish was served with a lot of oil. Ive tried vegan pad Thai from other restaurants and Ive enjoyed it before as to why I ordered it here. I signaled to my waiter and informed him that why I didnt like the pad Thai and that I would like to order something else in place of it. He told me, " Im sorry, its not my policy at all but my manager will charge you for half of your meal." I said, excuse you? Im not paying for something this awful! I would politely order and pay for something else, but I find it insulting and unethical to charged me for it. He then walked over to talk with his manager. The manager then walked up to me very aloof and didnt so much as to introduce herself. To be very honest I felt as tho she had a bit of an "attitude". She then asked why didnt I like the pad Thai. And I told her that the tofu didnt taste fresh and that the dish was oily. She told me "no! Thats not true, you just dont like it and that the tofu is fresh!" At that moment i was taken back a bit, because I could not believe .that she was indirectly calling me a liar. I could not believe that she was also telling me that my taste buds were incorrect. I near lost my cool, because Ive never experienced that level of disrespect from any establishment. I told her okay, fine I dont want anything else I will pay for everything I had ordered. Once I paid my tab I left. I will never encourage or refer anyone I know there. The Management there needs to learn and understand how to talk and treat their customers. Waiters there were nice. A refund and a sincere apology would be appreciated.

After signing for the delivery, the driver confronted my wife and I complaining that the tip we gave him wasnt good enough. Im not sure how high of a percentage he was looking for, but I dont appreciate having someone beat on my door and yell at me over a tip. First and last time well be ordering from them. Update : After checking my credit card statement for the month, I see that they charged me twice for the one order Ive placed with them. So not only was the food average at best, and the delivery experience was horrible, they also dont seem capable of handling payments either. Ive had to work with my credit card company over the weekend to get the charge removed since these folks cant get their act together. Placing one order with these guys has been causing problems for weeks.

Great little spot, a little chaotic at times when they are busy but still our favorite quick fix for dinner. The food is really good and service is on par, not 5 star. Weve tried dinning in, take out and delivery and they were all great. If you exercise patience itll be worth the wait. The men are all nice and very professional the women are somewhat rude and move too quickly showing a strong lack of customer service skills. Not sure why they are significantly different but trust me they are. Overall, a great place to eat but dont expect 5 star service.

Absolutely the worst Pho you could ever order! I wish I could upload a photo here of the "rare steak" they gave me. I ordered a large rare steak Pho and they gave me 4 small pieces of steak that were about as big as a quarter. When I called to complain and get my money back they told me it was "too bad" and that I didnt know how to make Pho but they did. We spent $80 there and we will never do that again! Stay away!!! Garbage food and even worse management!!

We tried this place on Friday night. Everything we ordered from appetizers to Pho and bento boxes were burn-your-mouth hot when they arrived and delicious! Theyre a bit pricey, but the food is some of the best Asian food Ive tasted, and Im half-Korean. Im not normally an Asian-fusion person, but they did everything right. Also, the place is very clean, with none of the greasy residue common to most Chinese joints. Highly recommend!!

I was a little wary of ordering here after reading a couple reviews about the drivers and food. Thankfully I gave them a chance!! I was quoted at 45 mins and my food arrived in just shy of 30. The driver was friendly and professional. The food was fresh, hot, and oh so delicious... The bento box is an amazing value. I really dont ever take the time to write reviews but I felt they deserved it. Definitely will return and reccomend.

We had dinner here and the service, food and presentation of the food was great! Our waitress was friendly, as was all the staff, our beverages were always filled and the restaurant was clean and inviting. You definitely get what you pay for here and the prices for food is right in line with the high quality food you receive. I will definitely be returning here again soon!

This place is great! Ive been here several times (for both lunch and dinner). They have tasty bento boxes (which come with a california roll, crab cheese wontons, and gyoza), and a great selection of sushi and rolls, as well as boba. Overall I recommend this place. One time we had a server who didnt know the menu -- hopefully they were just new! Great food though!

This is the best vietmanese/thai/ Asian fusion outfit Ive found over here in the A. We love this place and visit twice a week. I recommend the bento box if youve never had one. Their sushi is also great if youre in the mood for sushi. Id rate the sushi alone 7 /10 . The rest of the food 8 or 9/10 . Check these folks out. You will not be disappointed.

Went for the first time Saturday, at lunch. It was great. My GF ordered the sweet and sour chicken and I was like really? come to find out it had a nice kick to it (spicy) and I loved it. I had the tonkatsu (cooked just right) and about a dozen nigiri (fresh). I highly reccomend it to all (I am half Japanese).

One of the best lunch places to hit up if youre nearby. The bento boxes are amazing deals and hit every category, I have been told that the sushi is really good as well but cant speak for myself there. Their only issue I find is that their soft drinks are always flat or have next to no carbonation, no matter what.

Quaint little neighborhood sushi restaurant. Quiet and comfortable ambiance. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was delicious (coconut shrimp roll, kamikaze roll, salmon sashimi, and baked mussels). By far the best baked mussels weve had in our many sushi experiences. Will be back soon!
