I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. The customer service experience I had was so bad on Sunday that they lost my business. I can understand if a server had a bad day, but then the manager got involved and made it worse. I made an error with the menu. I thought the breakfast item I ordered came with a waffle. It came with french toast. I told the server I ordered the waffle, She defensively went into me immediately. She said I ordered the 18 wheeler. That is a french toast dish not a waffle. You didnt order it correctly. WOW. I said okay I guess french toast it is then. So then in a nasty voice she asked me if I wanted a waffle. I did. Thats why I came. She very rudely said fine. She said I would have to wait as the other orders will have priority. So then to make matters worse, the manager came up to me with a menu and said, I understand you have a question with the menu. An error on my end was made. The manager said that when orders go back the staff gets into trouble. WOW all of this over bread. I dont want to do business with a company that is punitive with their staff. I ordered a french toast dish instead of a waffle. The waitress was very rude. The manager didnt seem to care becasue she wanted to make it clear that I ordered the wrong entree. She told me several time I ordered the wrong thing. The waitress had no reason to get so upset. The manager wanted to make it very well known that the error was all mine. She did not seemed concerned that I had a awful experience there. There are many places to have breakfast. Talk about making a problem worse. I told the manager based on this humiliating experience I didnt want to return. She didnt care nor was she smart enough to realize that I dont come alone. I bring people with me. Its not one order lost, its several. I guess they make enough money to disregard how someone feels they were treated. Was it really that much of a hardship to swap out two pieces of bread for batter? Dougs Diner. Im your new regular.

We visit La Peep really often. While always busy, there is bot usually a wait when we go. The food is consistently good and the service is always exemplary. We enjoy eating here both with, and without, our two (under 10) kids. No one looks at us sideways for bringing our little people out to breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, great breakfast burritos, healthy options, generous kids meals are all great. Only caveat is the coffee, not always that good, maybe this has improved but I dont order "fancy" coffee here. I do enjoy their "Sweetie Pie Skillet" and breakfast tacos as well. There is outdoor seating on the west side of the restaurant with beautiful views of the mountains and Cherry Creek State park from inside and outside. They just did a menu update and a total update to the interior as well that has a fresh modern farmhouse chic feel.

This is a cute place, but there are some things wrong with this location. Lets start with the waiting area, which is smaller than my guest bathroom. Youre constantly standing on other people waiting for their seats, or moving around people checking in and out. The skinny bald man who runs the register, I have to say, should not be the face of the restaurant. On Saturday, his tone of voice with two customers who wanted to sit at the bar area was super-cold and, upon our checkout, I saw him physically wave off a waitress who was innocently asking him a question. Get rid of him! The older gentleman who seated is, on the other hand, is very kind and welcoming. The wait staff have always been very accommodating as well. Food is always good. Lose the guy in the tie.

This morning my husband and I joined my niece and grand-niece for breakfast at Le Peep. The weather was nice and cool (for summer) so we opted for the patio. The service was stellar - everyone from our waitress to the staff who brought our food were extremely friendly and attentive. I had the white lightning egg white omelette, which was good. I had hoped it would be a little spicier with the green chilies but otherwise good.

This location remains the best location Ive visited and Ive been eating le peep since I was very young with my grandparents. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food every time I come is exactly how Id want it, hot, fresh, fast! The place is clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and I bring people here from time to time but usually dine alone. Thanks for making me love le peep again like I did when I was younger

We recently needed a caterer for an event that we had scheduled at work. We needed someone to provide brunch for 25 people, so we contacted Le Peep in Centennial. We had not used them before and were a little nervous. They were wonderful! Not only did they deliver the food on time, and were very professional, but the food was hot and tasted terrific! We will definitely use them in the future! Thank you Le Peep!

Elderly lady with short curly hair at front desk was more interested in straightening the receipts then addressing or greeting me when I wanted to pay. The much younger girl who was taking names to seat people was kind enough to take notice to me waiting and helped me cash out. I wont be returning here.

Arrived early, was seated in back next to restroom, furthest from the door. Must be predudice, worst service ever. Only when asked where order was, got so sorry, offer of 50% off ticket was too little too late. I will not be returning. If possible would rate negative star.

This is easily the nicest Lepeep I have ever been to. The remodel results are phenominal. My wife has celiac and this restaraunt has never gotten her sick. They have also been my favorite restaraunt for 20 years. I love this chain and this location is especially good.

Wow, what a great little breakfast place...night and day from the IHOPS and Village Inns. Real OJ, real syrup and real food, all freshly prepared and with quite a selection. My wife and I love this place, same staff for years and plenty of coupons too, awesome!

I liked nothing about this place. The eggs were soggy and gross. The pancake of the month was Strawberry Patch. I just want to say one thing: I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING $3 EXTRA JUST TO HAVE STRAWBERRIES PUT ON TOP OF MY PANCAKES! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

We come here every week at least once. The staff is so friendly and the recent renovations give it a great atmosphere. I can not even begin to describe how delicious the food is. Gluten free options a-plenty!
